We were having heating problems with our furnace so we called out Climate Control Systems, Inc located in Xenia, Ohio. DOUG S. COONEY is the owner. He sent his guy out to fix it. the guy was not here very long and charged us $145 for the sercice call and labor. After he left we seen that the furnace was still not working.
So we call them back out. Again we were charged another service fee and labor for the same problem. The guy put a part on and left. We paid another $232 and the furnace still was not fixed. So we called Doug back again and he said it was the circuit board and would have to replace it. All this company was doing was playing the elimination game instead of checking it out properly. So we said we were going to call someone else out.
So, we called out another company, the guy checked out all the different parts and found that it was the thermostat and he replaced it and the furnace was operately properly. So we requested our money back from the first company since they did not fix it and we had to get another company out to fix it and had to pay more money. Doug would not give us our money back. the guy he has working for him was lying and saying the furnace was working when he left and really doing a number so we feel that he needs to pay us back our money.
So, we want to warn people out there, not to get this company they take your money but don't fix your furnace!!
