Offered to buy a house and then sell it to me on land contract in Ohio for $2000 down and I never got the house or my $2000 back been trying since the middle of November 2017 and nothing. He will not answer my calls anymore now that I want my money back. BEWARE OF THIS GUY GIVE HIM NOTING!!!!!!!!!!!! Always has an excuse why he will let the agent go and find someone else. When it is time to put the offer on the house paperwork is constantly getting messed up BUT only after he has your money. Still wanting my money back. Someone needs to put a stop to his madness he is ripping people off of their hard earned money.
