Clearlight Security website advertises "Easy No Hassle Returns and Exchanges." That couldn't be further from the truth.
Problems were: It wouldn't allow me to change the date; date syncing app failed. The clip-on case covered the microphone reducing sound. The clip-on case could not be removed in order to use other accessories. Although small, it was not stable on my clothing and therefore flopped around. And they want to charge a 15% restocking fee.
I returned it on 7/12/17 and it was received by them on 7/14/17. When I inquired on 7/21/17 about my refund they said it takes 5-10 business days. It of course had already been 5 days. When I inquired again regarding the promised refund on 7/30 I received no response.
