Placed a first order with Cleanitsupply.com. Paid with CC. When I went to place a second (and last ever) order, I noticed they had stored, WITHOUT MY CONSENT, the CC and CVV NUMBERS.
This is the first time in 20 years Ive seen an on line merchant store the CVV number. That is supposed to be a SECURITY MEASURE. Its uselsss for security if they store it.
I called a Sales Rep, got nothing but deliberate evasion and attempts to blame me for authorizing the CC number to be stored. He deliberately evaded the fact theres no authorization to store the CVV number.
BEWARE. If someone hacks their site, they get ALL the info needed to wipe out a CC account, including CVV. I called and talked with someone in the COmpany, his attitude was "I could give a d**n less"
