Five days ago I was scammed out of $500 by David Williams with a Houston phone # 713-268-9098 and a Brownsville zip code. After paying him the $500 on the morning of Jan. 4, 2018, he attempted to sale the same puppy to a friend of mine the same day. He didn't know I caught on to his scam later that night.
I only did so because my Sofie wasn't stamped 'sold' on his website.
So I asked my friend Cindy to send a purchase order and ask if Sofie was still available, even though I paid for her earlier in the day. Guess what! Cindy received their form letter stating that Sofie is still available and could be shipped out to her after receiving payment.
Is there a way to stop this scammer? I sent a $500 wire transfer Walmart to Walmart...Porter Ranch, CA to Brownsville, TX. The recipient named Bijoubel Williams picked up the wire at a Walmart in Austin, TX.
I called the Walmart Fraud Dept.
to report this...according to the dept., this Bijoubel Williams will never be allowed to pick up another wire transfer from any Walmart in the U.S. But this won't stop them, there's Western Union and others that do wire transfers.
This scammer David won't answer his phone and won't answer my emails. Sofie was supposed to be delivered to me yesterday, Monday Jan. 8th - she never arrived. How can we stop this puppy scammer?
