When they report to anyone the info they sent to me it hurts my credit that I have tried to get my scores higher... I thought a small loan with good payment history would hellp... I did not join experian for their help and looks like they got me back for not doing that.... Clarity said I could dispute the charges on my file but that doesn't mean they will take them off... even If I have proof.... what kind of credit reporting services is Experian as this Clarity is their company they work for Experian.... This is fraud and experian should be shut down period for these practices.... worse than scammers as they have to much power over the average person...
I started off with two hard inquiries from this "credit bureau" (that Experian owns), for two different payday lenders. I called Experian and had them deleted since they were unauthroized. Clarity emailed and called two days later to say that in order to remove me from their reporting, they needed a lot of info from me, red flag.
In looking more into "soft inquires", Clarity looked at my credit six more times in 2017, for bottom feeding payday lenders! I've already started the ball rolling on having those removed also.
I feel like this "credit bureau" is now doing something illegal, I see where they were fined 8 million dollars in 2015 for pulling credit without authroization. I really want to get a lawyer involved in this if Clarity won't delete these, and take me out of their system for good. I refuse to give them my SSN, etc., for fear that this will continue.
I was just taking a peek a boo at my very poor credit report when finding this company located in a few places. I decided to look them up along with a few other companies that I have never had any dealings with. Wouldn't you know these cheeky chunks are seek and until now I have never heard of them so let's see how this next step plays out when I file my complaint (s) as I know exactly what and who I owe. These people have no right to my info and if they don't not get it sorted ASAP I will fight until someone does!
I received a email today saying that the application that I applied for was denied I didn't apply for a loan with this company I believe this is identity theft I've been trying to call them all day and didn't get a answer I called opportunity financial and they told me they didn't have any of my information and to call clarity services I really need to get this issue resolved Thanks
