Do Not Buy Clarity Products And Stay Away From Them!
Back on Sunday, November 15th, 2020, I wrote Clarity Products LLC a Very Serious Letter Of Complaint.
My 89 year old mother who is currently suffering from a Prolapsed Bladder, Heart Condition, Low Blood Circulation In Both Of Her Legs, along with Arthritis In Both Of Her Knees which affects her mobility has had an Increase In Her Health Caregiving Needs and I had to fly back to Toronto, Ontario Canada back in June Of 2018 to help take care of her healthcare needs and have been staying here ever since and will Not Be Returning Back To The United States For At Least Another 2-3 More Years!
Since I had come back, my 89 Year Old Mother did buy and/or receive one (1) of their Clarity Phones that was sent to her directly from their manufacturing company which she needed very, very much since she does Not Use A Cellular Phone, however, sadly speaking, the phone has Not Been Working Very Well At All and did Not Last Very Long!
In Fact: The Phone Has Not Been Working For Quite Some Time and the Reason Of Why I Did Not Report The Problem To The Company Any Sooner Is Because My Mother (Due To Her Current Health Condition) Did Not Inform Me About This Problem Until Very Recently!
You Might Ask Me The Question, "How Do I Know The Phone Is Not Working?
Answer: Because When I Call Somebody On The Phone, They Can Not Hear Me At All!
I Even Changed The Batteries Which Served Absolutely "No Justice"!
Moving Right Along: I would appreciate it very much if the company could please either Replace The Telephone With Either The Same One (1) And/Or Another Model, or Provide A Full Refund For My 89 Year Old Mother's Inconvenience!
I also asked if the company could provide ME with a Postage Paid Envelope, Box and/or Ups/Fed-Ex Shipping Label in order to Return The Non-Working Phone Right Back To Them In A Timely Manner.

Moving Right Along: Back on Monday, November 16th, 2020, I did receive a phone call from Ms. Lisa Friend, their Customer Service Manager from their Corporate Office and had a Very Ugly, Nasty, Negative Conversation with her.
She was More Concerned With The Date Of The Product That Was Found On The d**n Sticker Rather Than Helping Out The Customer!
She first had No Interest In Fixing This Problem At All and then Ms. Lisa Friend, Customer Service Manager had Changed Her Mind and Decided To Only Repair It and Have My 89 Year Old Mother Pay The Hefty Fee Of Paying For The Postage and/or Courier Expense Of Sending It Back To Their Guelph, Ontario Regional Office For Any Necessary Repairs Rather Than Just Taking Care Of The Expense On Their Own!
This Multi-Billion Dollar Company Is Beyond Disgusting And Greedy!
They Do Not Deserve To Be In Business And I Hope They Go Under!
They Have Plenty Of Money To Take Back The Phone At Their Expense And Replace It, But Refused!
I Actually Think I Have Figured Them Out!
Ms. Lisa Friend, Customer Service Manager Lives In One (1) Of The Most Republican Trump Loving (Red) States In The Country And Is Very Angry That Donald Trump Lost The Election And Since We Are In Canada And They Know d**n Well That We Canadians Hate Donald Trump, She Took Out Her Revenge On Us By Mistreating Us By Making Our Lives As Difficult As Possible By Making This Customer Service Experience As Difficult And Uncomfortable As Possible!
When I Told Ms. Lisa Friend, Customer Service Manager Exactly How I Felt About Her Attitude Towards US Canadians, She Was Stunned, Humiliated And Embarrassed!
Final Thoughts: Do Not Buy Clarity Phone Products From Clarity Products LLC Since They Will Not Take Care Of You And They Are Now Known As Cheap, Cheap, Cheap!

Your Company Gave My Mother Some Kind Of Clarity Phone Replacement several years ago that is supposed to help with Her Severe Deafness and Current Health Situation (which Includes Suffering from a Prolapsed Bladder, Heart Condition, Low Blood Circulation In Both Of Her Legs, Along With Severe Arthritis In Both Of Her Knees Which Affects Her Mobility).
Unfortunately, the Clarity Phone Is No Longer Working Properly at all!
She is Getting Many Messages on her phone stating "Power Out Of Range" or "No Power".
In Addition: The Answering Machine is Not Working!
To Top It Off, she has been without the Use Of A Phone (since she does Not use a cellular phone) for Almost One (1) Whole Week!
For Your Information: She did have a representative come over from Rogers Communications (the company that provides her with the landline service) several days ago and he left her home right in front of ME without Your Phone Working which Leads ME To Believe That Your Phone Is The Problem!
I am very angry and upset over this because Your Clarity Phones are supposed to be of Superb Quality and Unfortunately this is Not The Case With My Mother's Phone!
Is There Anything That You Can Do About The Problem For My 88 Year Old Mother Who Just Turned 88 Back On Tuesday, July 2, 2019?
