I order Clair beauty products x2 and agreed to pay shipping only as the products were advertised as :free" then they billed my credit card x2 for like 89 dollars. My credit One credit card denied my dispute. I have been a victim of internet fraud by Clair Beauty (Joanna Gaines) . Any help in getting my money back would be appreciated. I am literally sick over this. thank you.

ClairSkin is a RIP OFF! A 3rd party vendor is their go between them and the general publix. I've never heard of a product that you can't return IF unused, unopened even the packaging not opened! They falsely lead you to believ that the trial period is just that; a trial period. NO NO NO...it is a lure! They lure you in with false promises of some potion that assist in the aging process! THE PRODUCT IS WORTHLESS that is the reason they do not allow you to return it!

IT IS A SCAM. When I called to say I have received 2 order even they could not figure out WHY I had received and been billed for 2 orders!!!!! THE PRODUCT IS A SCAM. THE COMPANY ( SHARK TANK CON ARTIST) ARE EVIL MONEY GRUBBING SNAKES LIVING UNDER ROCKS. So shady they have a 3rd party receive calls and no way to contact the company directly! They won't reverse the charges, they wont' cancel order. they double ordered my trial order. SCAM ARTIST AT THEIR BEST.

Saw that it was associated with Shark Tank and Lori Greiner. That was a plus to me, must be legit. Then saw mega celebs like Oprah endorsing it. Another plus. Why would anyone like Oprah permit herself to be associated with something smarmy and deceptive?

I read the print, all of it. Looked very closely to find any mention of "subscription" or anything that indicates I was signing up for any continued purchases. Ordered two samples and my card was debited on 4 September. One was 5.99 and one was 4.95. No problem.

Used the product a few times, nothing special really.

Received an email on the 16th of September from "customer support" with "contact information" in case I had any "questions". If you look at their website the only way to "contact" them is by ordering from them.

No doubt that is well orchestrated planned and they send you contact info 24 hours or so before you have to cancel "the order you agreed to". But no indication why they sent the email.

Last night two debits of approximately $90 showed up on my card from PRAGMAFITNESS and PRDHEALTH*SABLEFITNESS.

In researching this morning I find a website that points out they do not have the terms and conditions on anything you see when you order your inexpensive samples (like I did) or free samples (like others have). The sign up form does not have a link to the terms and conditions.

I have now cancelled my card, formally complained to my credit union and sent the response to the "support" team telling them to give me my money back. We will see. As I told them, I will not stop communicating in as many forums or avenues available about what a deceptive scam this is.

Shame on Lori Greiner and maybe those celebs don't know their images and "comments" are being used. But if so, shame on them, too.

There are so many "names" and 844 phone numbers that it isn't really possible to pin the company down really. The entities that charged my card are one thing, the product names on the products I got are not the same as the products on the website that links to the "customer support" email I got.

Smoke and mirrors, hiding behind confusing names and phone numers that are NEVER answered! And lots of 844 numbers at that.

I think they want to wear you down with the frustration and their defensive mechanism is you don't know where they are really, who they are really, etc.

But this is the first review I will do and I will continue till I run out of avenues to communicate to STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

DECEPTIVE & UNETHICAL !! I ordered the trial and didn't read the fine print disclosure which states this becomes a subscription. I was charged $90 up front and unable to return. I needed to return within 10 days of ORDERING and was gone when it came 7 days later. The fine print also states the company may change their terms at any time. Their marketing lead to websites which showed an endorsement from Oprah. Now it is gone. BE AWARE of marketing endorsements. Many are not credible

Saw product on late night TV, decided to try because the internet said 30 day free trial period. Ordered the Clair Skin and the Revive Eye. After Receiving product and trying out suffered immediate reaction-inflamed eyes, still trouble with right eye, and horrible itching rash. Went back to website from email I received confirming my purchase and sent e-mail to cancel subscription. At first support response person was helpful but denied I had correct billing information. Sent correct biolling information along with copy of PON and then no response other than for the support person to send my email back to me claiming that they show the order was from the UK not the US. Tried calling number from website was told wrong number. On a whim looked at packing slip and SKU# looked like phone number as the 1st 3 numbers were a toll free prefix. Called and spoke to a rep there who immediately started telling me that the 14 day grace period was over and I would have to pay for the 1st auto ship and that I should have received an email 3 days after receiving product explaining this. I did not. Also claimed I could not have been corresponding with customer support because they do not have an email customer support? She finally agreed to stop auto ship and gave me the same order numbers on my packing slip as cancellation order numbers. I printed all info and sent to my credit card company. Definitely a rip off.

While I was using Pinterest on my phone I received a pop-up. "As seen on Shark Tank" "The most veiwed episode in history"....... Well if this was endorsed by Shark Tank it has to be good.. I took a look and it was Clair Skin care anti-aging cream and and I could receive a "Free Sample" all I had to do was pay $4.95 shipping. Sounded too good to be true so I looked for some caveat explaining the fine details and couldn't find any. So I deided to give it a try. I looked closely at my receipt and monitored my bank statement and found I was indeed charged only $4.95 for shipping.

Well about two weeks later I received a call from the Fraud department of my bank asking questions. This company had charged me $89.31!! long story short the bank said that since I accepted the product as a "Free Trail" that I would likely get stuck with the bill. I called the company to see if I could get a refund and they said I could have a 35% credit. I doubt I will even get that amount credited after all this is a scam company with no integrity.

So there you have it, I paid big $$$$ for a bottle of Cream that looks like it was made in someones garage and had no noticable effect.

By the way it was never on Shark Tank and I now see where this scam has been marketed under several other false advertising stratagies.

On June 25, 2017 I ordered a free trial of Clair Skin for a shipping cost of $4.99. My bank account was charged the $4.99 shipping fee on June 26, 2017. I understood that I had 30 days to try the product and to cancel my subscription before the 30 days. I received the product in the mail on July 6, 2017. On July 9, 2017 I received a call from my bank alerting me that a fraudulent charge of $89.31 was submitted and that the bank had denied the fraudulent transaction. The bank advised me to call the number that they had received in the transaction to tell the company that the bank was not going to accept the transaction or any future transactions.

When I called the number I talked with a support person (male) who did not give his name. I explained my issue with the $89.31 fraudulent charge. He told me that I only had 14 days to try the product and if I did not cancel by the 14th day that I would be charged $89.31. He also stated that the 14 days ended on July 8, 2017 and that I was under an "obiligatory contract" and that the company was owed the $89.31. I explained several times that I was supposed have 30 days to try the product and that my bank would not accept the charge because it was fraudulent.

When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told that the supervisor was on another call. I again asked to speak with someone in charge and I was told there was no one there today. The support person then told me that my account would be turned over to a third party collection agency and I told him where he could put that information. After several tries to explain my issues, I had to hang up the phone because I was getting very upset with this unreasonable company.

On May 5th I ordered a trial of Clair skin serum. I was billed $4.95. On may 20th I called and told them to not send me any more. I knew I would be billed for the full amount becase they only give you 15 days to get a refund. At that time I made sure that they would not send me any more because I did not like the product. I was assured that my account was canceled. On June 22 I recieved another bottle and went I checked my bank I was billed $94.67. When I called the company, at first I was told that nothing could be done and when I said they would do something I was told that I could return it and they would give me a refund MINUS a $5.95 restocking fee, I am angry about them sending me the product and since I did not order it I should not have to pay a restocking fee. I have dealt with other on line skin care products in the past and this is the worst customer service ever!

Clair Skin is putting $90 a month unauthorized charges on my 90-year-old mother's credit card. She sent for a free sample, for which the victim supposedly pays only the "shipping charges." Then Clair Skin starts the unauthorized billing. Have filed a fraud report with Chase Bank.

Credit card was billed in may two charges, $87.47 + $89.31 and just checked june: $92.42&$94.26

I have received no further products since the 1/2 oz and 1 oz samples.

I ordered Clair Eye Serum which was advertisied as a free trial, with a shipping and handling charge of $4.99. I received the product and really did not care for it after using it several days. When I reviewed my credit card bill I saw a charge from them of $89.31. After calling the company and being on hold for 10+minutes, I talked with Bruno on 5/23/17. Bruno informed me the charge was the full product charge because I did not cancel the "subscription" within 14 days. I have reviewed the website again and I still do not see anything about a "14 day trial". He refused to refund the charge and after arguing with him about the legitimacy of the charge he went to talk to his "supervisor" and offered to refund me 25%. I told him that was not acceptable and asked him if he was going to refund the charge. He said they could not do that and it was my fault because I had not read the terms and conditions of the offer. I finally hung up on him because he kept repeating the same mantra. He immediately called me back and offered to refund me 50%. Same scenario again, and I hung up. He called me back again and offered me 75% refund. I asked again for a complete refund and he refused, so I hung up again and blocked his number and I intend to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I saw an advertisement for Clair products that advertised that I could have the Clair skin care product shipped to me if I ONLY pay the S & H. Ok, sounded good and I wanted to try it, so I ordered. As I was ordering, another product, for eyes, popped up for the same S & H deal so I decided to try both. Imagine my surprise when I looked at my credit card bill and saw that not only were the S & H fees charged but that I also had two charges, one for each product totalling about $180! I was floored! I contacted the company and asked for the documentation that came with my products outlining their policy and requested a refund. I was advised that there was "nothing they could do" and that I agreed to the charges (which I did not). I promptly cancelled my "autoship". I guess this must happen alot because there were no apologies. I hope it was worth it as I will NEVER order anything from this company again. Enjoy my $180 Joanna.
