After being diagnosed with Kidney Disease my doctor has refused to see me any longer. We were in the middle of doing tests such as an MRI scan, bone density tests, and blood tests.

I complained about how difficult it is to contact her or someone in her office so she said I had to find another doctor.

I was set for an MRI but couldn't get my nurse practitioner to send an Rx for something to calm me. I'm deathly afraid of going into a tube. I contacted her numerous times but had to cancel the scan. When I finally met with her in her office she said she wouldn't see me any more.

It took me a while to find another doctor to take me, which left me without medication for 10 days. I called Ms Bingham to refill my Rx's for 10 days but she refused.

Caroline Bingham left me without a way to get my meds more than once in the two years I’ve been seeing her. She could never get the prescriptions to the pharmacy on time, and today was the last straw!

After she refused to see me any longer, because I complained about how I could never get in touch with her, she deliberately left me without meds again.

I called her office numerous times, no answer, I texted and finally some one replied that she would ask Caroline to do what they call a “Bridge.” She would call the 10 day supply of refills to the pharmacy so I could get through until I see my new doctor. But as usual she left for the weekend and never gave it a thought. Her office is closed on Wednesdays and Fridays.

I have tried to be patient with her incompetence but I can’t do it any longer, this is not the way to run a business. When Doctors put you on a medication that you can not stop, then refuse to fill that prescription it's not good! The fact that we were in the middle of doing testing on my kidneys when she refused to see me, isn't right!

I've requested my medical files and she hasn't or won't send them to me. I called the new Doctor, they can't do anything. I called the pharmacist, he can't do anything, so what are my choices? I chose to file a complaint against her.
