Recently got a letter that stated I owed over $600 for a Payday Advance Loan with Aces Cash Express and Civil Court Services stated that if i do not pay them with they will take legal action and civil complaint will result in am immediate wage garnushment are/or lien against your personal property.
Never heard of Ace Cash Express before this letter nor never cash a check or been at a payday loan place. From what I have gathered this is a Scam.
I received a letter in the mail stating i need to pay a deliquient balance immediatly or they will garnish my wages, put a lien on my automibile and proceed further actions.
I googled the company it has a previous outscam made on them from 1 month ago. Their website is not properly made when i look it up on my phone half of the words are cut off.
There is also not any municipl court in huntington beach. I have never even been to california in my life. Something needs to be done to this company for lying and saying people owe debts that arent true.
I received a letter from these scamsters stating this letter is to inform you that due to the severe delinquency of your previous payday advance with Advance America we are now taking legal action filing a lawsuit against you which will result in civil court judgement this civil judgement will immediately be reported to the credit bureaus and will be aggressively enforced in addition to the principal balance owing any back interest court costs and attorney's fees will be added to the dead and the amount of the lawsuit. I have never taken out a loan with this company which immediately made me know that this was a scam. Someone needs to put this company out of business because someone less savvy than myself would probably send in this money for fear of being sued and give up their hard-earned money for no reason.
