I was a Crew Boss/Foreman for this company. Through my short tenure with this company, I started discovering problematic issues not only in regards to the treatment of Customers and their valuable belongings, but how this so called company treated the employees. Jesse Heeber which was Office Manager/Supervisor would encourage us to overcharge the customers for materials and specifically inform us to take our time to maximize the amount we could charge the customer. He would always find reasons to short the payment owed to the employees and in fact still owes me for unpaid wages. When contacted regarding the amount owed to me $200 he laughed (unpaid wages). I noticed that they would go through items being stored and something would always come up missing upon delivery. He mistreats not only the clients but those who work for him. Not to mention they file 1099's on all employees to avoid paying payroll taxes and leave the employee that is working hard with tax debt at the end of filing season for making $12 an hour, just to save a penny not to mention failing to provide any health benefits. They won't even offer their customers additional insurance so they are not liable for the broken items upon delivery and have to pay as little as possible.
