I had booked a airline ticket through Citybookers.com on 25th March 2019 , for my trip from Newyork to Dubai on May 20th. I booked online using my credit card and got a instant confirmation for AED 1781.00 The booking ID was CB2186941.
I got a message that the e-ticket will be sent in 24 hours, then when I mailed them, got a reply it will be issued in 72 hours and then bluffing for each e-mail of mine. They gave a confirmation number - YHMECZ which was also fake one. I clarified my booking with my flight Azerbaijan airlines, who confirmed that there is no such booking in my name.
Now I realised it's a fraudulent, fake and a scam website aided by KAYAK.AE search engine. I have contacted them several times but they keep replying the ticket is process. I am flying to US after a few days but still no way to track them or get my refund. One after another some cheat keeps replying my e-mail, no way to contact them.
All that I could do is to lodge a police complaint with police and nothing has happened as of now. Please donot ever book through CITYBOOKERS.COM It's a scam which I came to realise after reading so many reviews on them from the internet.
I would like to seek your help for my refund from online agency called city bookers they are based in kuwait, i booked with them in march, 2019 two tickets total of 4 people from india,mumbai to dubai total payments of 4848aed were taken instantly from my debit card but no confirm tickets issued even the pnr number given was not valid. The reason to decline was technical failure from their side that's why the booking was not successful and they decided to give me refund but from march upto now i keep on following up via their email and facebook account for refund but there is no progress and they keep on telling the same excuse that its still under process. When i checked the reviews online they are consistent in frauding people with the same scenario as mine and some never got the refund at all.
I planned this vacation for my family from long time i am only earning 2760aed so it took a lot of time almost 1 year for me to save that money and booked these tickets but getting this outcome makes me so worried i don't want my hard earned money to be wasted since this was my only dream for my family.
So please its a humble request team guide me to get my money back from this agency city bookers.
I have attached the evidence of sms notification about the deduction from my account and the tickets sent by city bookers which are not confirmed when i call the airline.

CB2026696 but one hour later I received e-mail from them stating that the booking is canceled due to technical error so they couldn't issue the ticket. and they promised money will be refunded to my account and since then I'm sending them e-mails without any response。
I buy an online ticket from citybookers website and make full payment on 17-Mar-2018, on April 12 same year i was calling Airlines by chance to book my seats and then i got surprised that ticket not issued yet only reservation on their system, i called citybookers call center and i was surprised by their reply that flight cancelled by Airlines due to weather problem( my departure date was on 29-Jun..!! - brilliant weather forecasting! from April), then i contact Airlines again and they confirmed to me that flight is still available and no change done!! Untrusted company - not recommended
On April 4, 2017 I booked a flight through CityBookers.com and paid 166.52 Kuwaiti Dinars. On June 18, way prior to my scheduled flight, I notified them to cancel. They told me they had done so and sent me an email telling me they would refund me 85 Kuwaiti Dinars, after deducting 81 KWD for fees. I agreed and asked them to refund me as soon as possible. I have since written numerous emails to them requesting my refund. To date, October 1, 2017, no refund has been received nor any further responses to my emails. Will never do business with them again nor would recommend anyone do so.

i had same issue and everyday they told me we will transfer the amount, it is Fake company and we should go to legal way.
