A few weeks ago I received a letter from Citizens energy stating that my needed replaced, and if it was not replaced they would charge me what they felt they needed to charge. I scheduled for a tech to come out and he shows up a week later than appointment, not a big deal. The guy knocks on door and walks right in on wife with no introduction still not too bad. He goes down in my sons room where meter is located and imiediatly causes a mess, water everywhere, clothes, drywall and framing soaked. Apparently instead of shutting water off in front of the house he used valve b4 the meter in basement and broke it and has been leaking ever since. He also cut out some of my siding and took out old display and left exposed wires as well. I called in to complain and after being transfrred several times and on hold for a long time I asked for a supervisor to come out they said no but would send another technician, that technician came out looked at it and shook his head in discust, he looked at the leaky valve and tried to tinker with it and made it worse, he called his supervisor and his supervisor said it was my problem now. I asked for his supervisors number and he said no.
