This complaint is regarding a very vexing and disrespectful issue that happened on 3/2/2022 around 11:50 PM central, dealing with a clerk at Circle K, located at 2350 Michigan Ave. Pensacola, Florida.
The issue is regarding a clerk that seems to be scamming and thieving people out of their return money (change). It appears to me that every time I purchase something at the store, the clerk always claims that she’s out of change and keeps the money. She appears to be a Caucasian female, with blonde hair and a bit heavyset.
The most disturbing aspect of the issue is the fact that the suspecting clerk responded that she did not want her cash register to be short, which gave her the right to keep my money. The clerk proceeded with the audacity to disrespect me by calling me poor and not to return to the store, just because she got caught stealing and scamming the customer out of their hard-earned money.
I felt obligated to post this complaint just to alert others. I respect my money and I am all about the principles of things and it does not matter if I’m rich or poor. Moreover, it does take 1 penny to make 1 million dollars. In addition, those pennies do add up at the end of the day by a large lump sum that could be way more than the equivalent of the clerk’s hourly pay.
The video footage that recorded the issue at the store, should be able to prove the facts and my complaint.
I am a homeless veteran in Englewood, Colorado. I have unfortunatley been homeless for quite some time thanks to abandonment from the VA system that has made it impossible to get any benefits to speak of. I am lucky to have a sand bar of a place to stay for the moment so long as it holds out and I am not forced to sleep on a park bench. I am a also a 30 year old female. I have used this Circle K before for various needs, products and services.
The abuse that is leading to this post involved physical assault from one of thier employees for simply grabbing free forks from the free condiment station. I am homeless and cannot afford to buy my own supplies all the time and do have the need to eat on a regular basis.
I was coming into the Circle K reguarly and taking all of the free forks I could from the free condiment station. As I said, I cant afford to pay all the time so I stock up on what I can, when I can so that way I dont have to go scrounging everytime I am able to eat. And with the attitude of this place towards homeless for simply suriving, I honestly have no qualms about taking all that I did simply because they deserve it. That day, I came into the Circle K for the second time and took all of the forks that I would need to be able to go without scrounging for a period of time.
And the employee that looks like a literal sh*t stain and a hybrid of a donkey and Goldstien's Penile Bush from Harold and Kumar had the f*cking balls (or lack thereof) to physically assualt me by grabbing my arm and jerking on my hand until I was forced to drop the forks in my hand due to the pain that this worthless stupid dumba*s f*cking moronic a*s piece of f*cking sh*t thought he had the goddamn right to do.
Simply because I am homeless and am a female. I ended up calling the police to report the assualt and tell them what happend and this literal sh*t stain only proceeded to further attack me by pressing a Notice of Tresspassing against me for taking free forks after he had physically assualted me. Claiming the forks were for paying customers only when there has never been a sign let alone a policy stating that.
And the worthless motherf*cker has seriously even repeated what he has done to me onto other homeless people too. Even for sh*t as simply as sitting on a curb taking a break and eating before they go onto thier next stop. Its not conicidence that the worthless s**t sack's car window is suddenly and conviently damaged beyond repair from impact from what looks like a giant object.
What did you expect when you thought it was appropriate to do what you did to me and those like me? You got what you f*cking deserved. And if you think thats all, just wait until you see what you get next. And its going to be nothing short of what worthless f*cking sh*t sacks like you f*cking deserve. Mark my d**n words.
I went to swip my card at the pump. It declined me when i used dept, so i then tried it again but under credit and it declined me again. I used cash to pay for gas. When i got home i looked online and it said i was declined for 76 dollars at circle k, and the second one declined me of a dollar. I went to the lady there and told her about it. That maybe some one is trying to take peoples money. She told me that its my bank that hold the money that i need to call them. Makes no sence if i have money on my card and it being declined for 76 dollars and i didnt even pump gas with my card. To me some thing is going on at this gas station. I advise every one to use cash.
I worked for this company for 3 years and 4 months, they have no respect for their employees. I never took a vacation or requested time off in three years, only once. I was terminated for loitering. I never had a write up until my store manager left in February, at which time I requested a leave of abscence. I decided to wait on my leave of abscence and go back to work so the store didn't lose 2 managers; at this time I was told I could not return until I met with the market manager. I was informed I was written up for loitering and that it was up to HR if they wanted to fire me. I was allowed to return to work, after I signed a prewritten statement with a ton of interrogating questions. After this, I never stayed after I clocked out waiting for traffic to die down. The manager from the other store that helped my store had a huge dislike for me. After she came to my store, my life was never the same. I tried talking to her and my market manager for a month and neither wanted to help me. I wanted clarification of my job duties under the new manager, both said ask the other. Towards the end of my employment, the manager sent me a nasty text message and I couldn't work under a hostile work environment any longer. They did a very poor investigation, which the believed the manager and market manager. They did offer me to transfer,I agreed. After waiting over 2 weeks, no transfer was made. In that time frame I requested a leave of abscence due to a personal medical issue, which my market manager knew about, and the day after my request I received a call stating to meet my market manager and the other markets market manager at another location. I agreed, I got there and he informed me I was discharged for loitering and had photo evidence. This was ridiculous, I never stayed later after the previous discussion. I was wrongfully terminated, now I have this mark on my record forever. I feel it was due to me telling the market manager my loyalty was to my store manager and not him. He constantly bullied me, made me feel stupid, put me down on conference calls, and scared me to the point of me crying. Beware of working for circle k, they do not treat their employees well and pay very little.
I recently filled my Mercedes 300ce up with premium has from this location and it tore my car up! I have had to replace a few parts on my car and miss some work because it will not crank up. I've read a bunch of reviews and this isn't the first time it has happened!

Damaged cards sold with redeem code not visible. Refused to refund with valid reciept.
