This company came and had a non-registered patrner sign a huge contract and from the beginning was a nightmare. They started bring materials 2 months before we opened to the public and were told that we do not want this stuff. They came a bit by bit took everythiong to give to another local restaurant and we were still billed. Driver gets his commission from everything he has on his truck, so we were billed and never recived items (keep an eye on what comes in). I confronted them and after several attempts to find out why all of a sudden I am going from 300-500 month to 1900 and nothing changes on what we get, comes the excuses. never remedied.

They forget to change mats and still billed. this company is a huge scam company and I really aam concerned for the huge companies that never check their product and just paay the bills. Drivers take unwanted prodiuct aand give it to other companies or take it home and you get billed. I have talked to disgruntled drivers and found this out. After so much BS, Too much to list, I lowered my billing down to thier limit of 50.00 a week and still get billed monthly over 600; want a joke. Now they cancelled my unauthorized contract and billing us over 6000 for losses for the next 4 months left. Scammers...

We entered a contract with Cintas about 6 years ago. At that time purchase sales person told us that we could get out of our contract at anytime if we were not happy. WE are not happy. My husband was busy with a customer and pressured into signing a new contract, driver said he couldn't come back. Ever since has been terrible. Ever since our bill has been sporattic. One bill for 1 month was over $300. We are a small business with 2 restrooms and 2 rugs. That's all. My husband called and tried to discuss our bill and sent out a flunkie that could not answer our billing questions.

We have called since about 30 times with not 1 return phone call. Now we have a collection notice for $3500. I have researchEd the past 3 years of statements and don't have 1 statement more than $180 a month and that was a busy month for us. Makes no sense. Poor customer service, poor service, half changed out rugs, never left correct the paper towels. Have had to call in the past because they left no toilet paper. Someone needs to do something about this crappy company. Again, we were told we could get out of our contract if we were not satisfied, yeah right. We are pursuing legal help. They can't even give us a legible copy of our contract.

Cintas insists that our small business pay for mat services that were cancelled since we are moving from the space. The comnpany refers to a buyout provision that is not contained in the Company’s contract and ignores our letters and that of our lawyer and threatens to ruin our credit by sending a $5000 bill to collection when no funds are due.

The Company’s contract says that the Company is only liable for rental of the mats until they are returned. We have returned all of the mats since they are no longer needed in its new location and has paid in full the then outstanding invoice that was owed by it.

This is a ripoff we cannot pay for a service that is not being provided and should not be threatned by a $5000 cancellation penalty when the contract we both signed allows cancellation
