Tri-state furniture buyers BEWARE and steer clear of Cincinnati Overstock Warehouse. The sales staff was pushy and misrepresented their policies. Their "customer service" is absolutely useless! You can call and speak to anyone directly. You have to leave a voicemail and wait for them to call you back... usually when it's not possible to answer their call. Then back into the queue. I'm kicking myself for not checking Yelp prior to making a purchase there. Save yourself the troubles and go with a reputable furniture seller.
