How is it that after a fire that nearly affected our entire home could become so difficult. To lose almost everything and then have the biggest obstacle be the Cincinnati adjuster that has no empathy has been amazing. He wants to "cover nothing and win the free cruise" seems to be the attitude. It has been HORRIBLE dealing with our Cincinnati insurance adjuster (and possibly his entire company). With close to no HELP and blaming us for a fire we never wanted. No compassion and no good advice, just advice to lead us astray to cost them less. Amazing that if they were good and honest, they probably would have made more money by not trying to deny claim and having things rejected that were nowhere close to being adequately cleaned from severe fire smoke damage. The adjuster then threatened to have my family thrown out of our rental home before the project would be completed. Stop blaming me for a fire WE DID NOT CAUSE! I cannot believe that a profitable company could treat a family with 5 children so poorly.
