I am not one to complain, but in this case it had to be done. I had booked a hybrid set at Cilia Lash, which this was my first time since having to switch lash techs. When I showed up, I was not greeted by who I scheduled my appointment with. Instead I was greeted by a man, who also proceeded to do my lashes - at the moment I let it slide because I was desperate to have my lashes done. Following the appointment, the lashes I received were not $125 worth nor were they the "hybrid” I had already prepaid for.
With everything happening right now too, I am very upset that I was not seen by the person I scheduled my appointment with. When reaching out to the tech, I received nothing back. Due to this, I have reported this salon to the state - Not for lack of care. Instead for not performing the service they have said they would, someone who I do not believe is even trained to preform this, and during this time I believe it is so important to have the person you scheduled an appointment with to complete the task.
My lashes were gone by Wednesday as well, when getting them done Monday. I’m not going to even try to fight for a refund, due to the non responsiveness from what seems to be the owner as well
