They took my money thru PayPal as a ‘friend ‘ per their request since it’s a cigarette order and 2 months later I still have not received anything! When I contacted them several times thru email they told me that it was lost and that I have lost my $240.00 that they received and that it was stated in their policy and that is the risk that I took. This is nothing but a SCAM

hi, please nobody never even think of buying from them, you never get your goods, you 100% lose your money, they never even respond to email, to a Siti Romlah( an indonesian individual) was transfeted buy WU 110$ 28/02/2018 and that is the end!

Scam. These folks use only money grams which does not allow for any financial recourse. Their web site indicates they will use tracking if requested. I requested initially and subsequent of the order. They refuse to acknowlege and indicate they have no means of tracking. They take no responsibility of not shipping or you receiving the product. Scam. Fraud. Unprofessional and unresponsive until you address their actions on line. Scam.

I want a refund as none of the cigarettes arrived. If the mail was lost, I can understand 1 or 2 shipments being lost (as you have mentioned that you'll send them 2-at a time) but I received zero shipments. This is from your website under FAQs:

“And those of our clients whose package arrived late or was lost in the post (these represent less than 2% of all expeditions). These customers are all refunded according to our conditions of sale but ALAS, THEY NEVER COME BACK TO SAY SO ON THE FORUM. Because of this, we lose a lot of customers.”

I need to know how this refund process works. Please reply with info. Thanks.
