I ordered a "won" auction 1 month ago and received a confirmation. It was subsequently charged to my credit card. To date, no product has been received. I've called 6 times, but always on hold for up to 1 hour. I've emailed them 3 times, all without response.
Website shows huge picture of one type of cigar on the auction page, while you are apparently bidding on a different one of much lower value. No pictures at all of the type of cigar they actually send you, or that they apparently claim you bid on.
This tricks the bidder into over-bidding for a cigar of much lesser value than the one prominately displayed on the auction page. Classic bait & switch, with no response from customer service.
