Tenant moved in on 04/01/19 only took about 1 month for her to not pay any rent and trash the place. DHS paid portion of her Ren. She didn't pay a dollar out of her own pocket and kept coming up with new excuses. Had to take her to court and evict her out. She was in the property until the last day.
Sheriff had to come out and lock up the place with the mangagment. Next day cleaning crew had to come to the property and throw away a house full of garabe. Holes were knocked in the wall. Broken windows in couple areas. Place was fully renovated for her and her family and they completly trashed it.
Smoking wasn't permited in any of the properties we manage but they didnt care. Brand new carpets were installed and with in 4 months they are trashe. Absolute mess and horrible tenant. I would stay away at all cost. I have photos attached of her attached that way everyone and anyone should stay away from her and anyone she associates with.
IF there were only a way to post against them a warrenty was granted for her eviction. I am taking time out of the day so that this doesn't happen to any other landlords or home owners. Complete pig she and her family is. Complete Animals living in the property. Need to do all your background checks and dont rely on Section 8 or DHS to pay for their rent. Very unreliable.
