They say they updated code, which they didnt. Made me waste even more time, only for them to tell me politely that I'm screwed. Now I have no product that i can work with, ive wasted two weeks in trying, and I'm insulted. DO NOT DO BUSINESS. I dont care how good it may sound. I wish I would have read the reviews on this company first.
Liliana is somehow the first customer service rep that one speaks to, and also the manager, and also wont let you talk to anyone above her. Hmmm. Fishy. After a trail of 20-something emails and being patronized, it is clear they are only after your money, and will steal it if necessary.

I am Kimberlye Worth and I am disputing the charge of $363.80 paid to Chupamobile ltd on January 23, 2016. ($150.00 Cash via PayPal and $216.28 via Capital One Card via PayPal).
My team and I worked on the app for about 5 days and communicated with the seller when we realized the app did not work as described.
We initiated a refund on January 30, 2016. The seller refused the 14-day money back guarantee advertised.
After notifying PayPal and Capital One, both parties suggested we talk to seller and we did. PayPal opened a claim and Capital One held my money from the seller, and sent a formal letter indicating the seller has to respond within a matter time, if not the case would close and the refund would withstand. However, on March 24, 2016, I realized that Capital One charged my card for $216.28. I called Capital One to inquire the charge. Capital One responded it was the charge from Chupamobile LTD via PayPal. I opened my Pay Pal account to open the disputed case (PP-004-610-017-807) only to realize that Pay Pal closed the case without notifying me. I called PayPal 3 times and abruptly the phone disconnected as I held each time for a representative.
I am highly disappointed that PayPal and Capital One acted in favor of the seller and not the customer. I have been with PayPal and Capital One for 7 years now and have acted responsibly and ethically by your standards.
I adhered to the Chupamobile LTD refund policy. I reacted professionally and reasonably. If Chupamobile LTD does not want to adhere to their refund policy of 14-day money back guarantee it should be removed from their site. I am ashamed that PayPal and Capital One would favor on the side of seller that does not adhere to their own policies. I now have to determine whether my money is safe with Capital One or Pay Pal.
I would like a full refund of $363.80 from Chupamobile LTD. I will also let my 55,435 Instagram and Twitter followers (12,458 of the followers are in web design and marketing industry) know that Chupamobile LTD does not adhere to their own policy of a 14-day money back guarantee.
