I started with CLA in April or late march of 2019. Not too much of a problem. Both of my District Managers worked with me etc. and did a decent job. and then late in 2020 things changed. A new manager shows up and all heck broke lose. Turns out the guy's a racist, manipulative back stabbing jerk. He goes behind your back and nitpicks every little detail of the job, of your reports in Natural Insight the phone app they use in the field for reporting the jobs etc. then he goes out of his way to find any excuse to fire you. Just did it to me and you bet I'm calling HR on his sorry rear end, my own state's unemployment offices not just filing but filing a complaint and court case as well as the one in Colorado.
Yes this will cross the desk of the state attorney general in CO as well. If there's a pending class action I want in on it. Hills should be ashamed to do business with this company. In fact I'm contacting them, Purina and Nestlee and having them cut ties with CLA period. I'll even contact the stores they work in and fully explaining why. Far as I'm concerned they're going to start losing clients. This isn't the first time a company has crossed me and it cost them dearly. One in particular a distributing company sooner distribution out of Oklahoma did in fact lose their contract with names and numbers. I warned the jerk to his face while he laughed and cussed every word in the book. sure enough two years later they lost the contract and no longer deliver for names and numbers. It pays to climb the ladder people.

Hired New District Manager who turned out to be racist and target employees. Backstabs, calls stores behind your back etc. Does whatever it takes to make sure you lose your job. CLA should you read this: we were fine with the current managers in district one but then you hired this new guy and things went to pot. He's been caniving and scheming since day one. Even weasled his way into the job right out from under the prior manager. She was great and will be missed I get it more time with family so she stepped down to be a field rep but the new guy's gotta go. If anyone needs fired it's him.
