Met Chris Cozzi on Craigslist from an ad advertising his services, he came out told us he had years experience and was a licensed contractor to do electrical, plumbing etc. He came up with a contract, and He started working in our home, worked only a few mins every day, dropped all different people off every day for a couple hours.
Eventually we started to notice the walls being put up wrong, live wires being tucked away in walls, plumbing being done incorrect, we questioned him about it and was given the run around. Eventually things went missing in our home, we looked into his information and found out he is not licensed , doesn't even have a drivers license. He has a criminal record and is a felon out on parole.
We asked him to leave, and he said he would figure out a refund, Never heard from him again.
He is a good talker. but he is not knowledeble at all in any facet of contract work, in construction or anything even close. Everything he did had to be pulled out and redone costing us more money in the long run, in materials demo, and reconstruction.
