Christopher Bacolas Reviews

  • Dec 2, 2021

Christopher Bacolas is on permanent social security disability for severe mental illness (SMI). His diagnoses include antisocial personality disorder, scitzoaffective personality, and heredidary Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) inherited from his mother, a heavily documented Machiavellian malignant narcissist, whose malignancies are on file with the Arizona Superior Court, the Glendale Police Department, the Arizona Department of Child Safety, and on behavioral health records submitted to DCS from her years of neglect and abuse of the Bacolas children.

During an investigation of litigants in a grotesque civil fraud case with plaintiff, Michael Robertson, it was ascertained that sibling Jennifer Bacolas had incorporated a business in the State of Arizona with Machiavellian fraudster, David Quinn, 360 Estate Sales & Cleaning:

https://ecorp.azcc.gov/BusinessSearch/BusinessInfo?entityNumber=23093866

David Quinn's reputation is highly documented in his narcissistic targeting of consumers and elderly seniors in the financial expoitation of property in estate property of deceased family members, with his multiple dba's in Virginia:

David Quinn's financial exploitation of cognitive declined seniors as reflected on the BBB for Quinn's Auction Galleries:

https://www.bbb.org/us/va/falls-church/profile/estate-auctions/quinns-auction-gallery-0241-79000622/complaints#0

The multi-year pattern of expoitation of consumers and the elderly is heavily documented on Yelp for this dba:

CHRISTOPHER BACOLAS' NPD INVOLVEMENT DISCOVERED BY CIVIL FRAUD INVESTIGATORS

Christopher Bacolas is on permanent disability SSDI, is barred from earning money over certain income limits, and would be prohibited from such an income provided a business owner operating a full service adertising or web development agency, as a disabled receipient of food, medical, and other financial assistance to low income disabled welfare recipients.

This individual, sharing a NPD diagnoses the same as Jeffrey Dahmer and Ted Bundy, set up Prime Exposure Advertising in 2013 as a hobby, somewhat of a SIMS game for the disabled:

https://www.bizapedia.com/az/prime-exposure-advertising.html

Evidence implicates sibling Amanda Bacolas involvment with this fraudulent scheme, with bogus google reviews under Amanda's identity for 360 Estate Sales & Cleaning (Amanda b), now deleted from Google to mask their ivolvement with this highly criminal scheme (Michael Robertson has all screenshots of fraudulent reviews on Google and submitted to FTC).

A disabled SMI/NPD person lacks the financial means and acumen to operate a high level advertising and web design business, however, Christopher Bacolas is advertising for full time employees, $35 to $90 per hour in October, 2021:

https://usabizlist.com/jobs/prime-exposure-advertising/az/115077

https://career.ottotrading.live/jobs/prime-exposure-advertising/az/115077/

It is apparent David Quinn is using NPD Bacolas siblings in the continuation of his fraudlent schemes, and using Christopher Bacolas and Prime Exposure Advertising as a front for this scheme targeting the elderly in Arizona.

This is further supported by post Christopher Bacolas made on estatesales.org for 360 Estate Sales & Cleaning, reviewing as a "customer" (Chris b):

Same identical consumer review on the website for 360 Sales and Cleaning (Chris J):

https://www.360estatesales.com/testimonials

Screenshots of all their involvment and bogus reviews to build brand trust with this scheme with the vunerable elderly population that is being target have been sent to the FTC.

Innerstate fraud is a federal offense, as is money laundrying and operating a business front for a fraudulent scheme targeting elderly vunerable seniors.

DAVID QUINN NARCISSIST SENT MINONS TO MANIPULATE MICHAEL ROBERTSON ESTATESALES.NET

On October 19, 2021, Michael Robertson received a phone call from a "Ms. Baker" from a caller ID that identified her from White Glove Estate Sales.

Michael Robertson assumed these various advertising platforms for estate auctions were all front operations for the internet scheme(s) to deraud vunerable retirees, and that opinion of this author was supported from the google reviews (the business is closed according to their business page):

Cookie Lynn Google review for White Glove Estate Sales: "I do believe this is a front for something else as I have mysterious texts not regarding anything about the sale. Very fishy and seriously thinking I should go to the police.I have documentation and saved texts from insults to lies. So many things not on the level with this company. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!" and more people here: https://www.yelp.com/biz/white-glove-estate-sales-newport-beach-2 and complaints hidden here, again: https://www.yelp.com/not_recommended_reviews/white-glove-estate-sales-newport-beach-2 estatesales.net aka White Glove Estate Sales another fraudulent scheme in league with David Quinn et all? Barks like a dog, wags like a dog, looks like a dog... estatesales.org aka White Glove Estate Sales barking like a dog on the BBB: https://www.bbb.org/us/ca/newport-beach/profile/estate-liquidators/white-glove-estate-sales-inc-1126-172021616 The conversation with "Ms. Baker" and Michael Robertson was reminscent of a delinquent child. lying to the arresting police officer that they she did not grafitty the school gounds, but spray paint is evident all over the child's hands. A conversation with a gradiose minion narcissist and a super empath. Entertaining, to say the least. This seasoned telemarkeing "scam artist" attempted to say the felon Arizona is not the same David Quinn as the 360 owner is in his 40s and not in his 70s, that the David Quinn of Quinn's Auction Galleries is not the same David Quinn of 360 Estate Sales & Cleaning, and that all those people who were complaining were not victims, just people who didn't like the Quinn's. How juvenile.

The empath replied to the narcissist minion. Michael Robertson replied that David Quinn is the same felon, as evidenced in his deletion of his name off the "team" page for the 360 Estate Sales & Cleaning website once his felonious record was published, removal of firearms from his online advertising (felons cannnot traffic guns), Matt and David Quinn's refusal to validate, or invalidate, David Quinn's felonious record from emails, calls, and online request for verification. The address of Quinn's Auction Gallery in Virginia was shoved in estatesales.net minion's face as basis for naming scheme 360 Estate Sales & Cleaning (Quinn's Auction Gallery 360 S Washington St, Falls Church, VA 22046 ).

David Quinn not 71? wow...how old was he when he fathered Matt Quinn...three years old? Furthermore, in email communications to estatesales.net, no mention of David's age as 71, so obviously a minion of Quinn's as those were statements Michael Robertson made on other websites regading his civil fraud case. It's easy to deceive a child. Michael Robertson is not a child, nor a alzheimers elderly adult. And all you folks, you all going to jail for the federal offenses of frauduent schemes targeting the elderly for financial exploitation!

Greetings McQuade Family!

I visited your website and found your family’s story to be very touching. You seem like good people and I hope your business continues to be blessed.

I am contacting you today regarding an entity who is doing business with estatesales.net, who I am presently in pre-litigation with, involving a case of civil fraud against my family.

The person(s) are David Quinn, Matt Quinn, Jennifer Bacolas aka Jenn Quinn, 360 Estate Sales & Cleaning, Quinn’s Auction Galleries, and Quinn & Sons, Inc.

Investigators uncovered a fraudulent scheme(s) targeting vulnerable elderly citizens out of their property, while obtaining information on the several litigants in my civil case for fraud.

This fraudulent scheme was do severe and encompassed several states, under the direction of my attorneys and investigators, I contacted local, state, and federal law enforcement, and I am working with these several agencies in the apprehension and prosecution of these several people.

Our investigators identified David Quinn as a co-litigant, and he has past felony convictions in the State of Arizona for fraudulent schemes, conspiracy, and theft:

https://www.usbondsmen.com/arizona/azdoc-inmate-DAVID/075400

This fraudulent scheme targeting the elderly was first uncovered by investigators on a search at the Arizona Corporation Commission, showing Jennifer Bacolas and David Quinn as forming this enterprise in Arizona on June 8, 2020:

https://opencorporates.com/companies/us_az/23093866

I contacted David and Matt Quinn by phone and email, but they ignored my request for information to validate that is the same felonious individual. They have also ignored a letter from my attorney.

I exposed this fraudulent scheme online with the felonious record of David Quinn on several online platforms and websites, but those requests for confirmation have also be ignored. Therefore, my investigators believe this to be the very same David Quinn, convicted felon, of fraudulent schemes, conspiracy, and theft.

The investigators were first alerted to the financial exploitation of vulnerable adults on a BBB complaint listed recently for David’s Quinn’s dba, Quinn’s Auction Galleries, in Virginia. This elderly woman was defrauded out of $25,000, suffered from cognitive decline and dysfunction, and worked with David Quinn directly, as the BBB complaint explains:

https://www.bbb.org/us/va/falls-church/profile/estate-auctions/quinns-auction-gallery-0241-79000622/complaints

The second complaint on the BBB is an individual who gave them property to sell, David Quinn did not provide an accounting or reimbursement for that sale, but was given $169 only after a BBB complaint was made, six months later.

My investigators have evidence that 360 Estate Sales & Cleaning et al is targeting elderly seniors in the defrauding of the estates of their deceased relatives, as these people are too cognitively advanced to realize they have been victimized and lack the acuity and means to complain as a victims. However, these people did complain:

On Yelp for David Quinn’s dba, Quinn’s Auction Galleries:

https://www.yelp.com/biz/quinns-auction-galleries-falls-church

Marc V.Clovis, 4/19/2019

"Can not get ( paid ) item shipped and get zero help/ response from Quinn's."

Robert B.Chantilly, 1/30/2015

"I feel duped and taken advantage of."

Michele B. Portland, OR 4/9/2014

Don't let Quinn's manage the sale of an estate. The reason they sell at good prices is that they get their things for nothing. In fact , you'll end up owing THEM money if you let them get their hands on your stuff or your deceased relative's stuff. NOTHING. Don't use these people."

John K.Troy, VA 1/12/2016

"I am extremely upset and feel taken advantage of."

Laura B.Woodbridge, 1/8/2015

"I gave them easily $2500 worth of things. Next thing I know, I received an email that everything had been sold the day before New Year's Eve. Net profit to me was less than $60. DO NOT use Quinn's if you are looking to sell anything of value! "

Daniella S Stafford, 12/30/2016

"Hired Quinn's to handle my Mothers estate sale many, many antiques from all over Europe. We were told 7-8k we did not even clear $700.00. Total scam and took advantage of our emergency situation. I do not recommend Quinn's."

Danny P.Miami, 9/22/2016

"Horrible people….I realized these people are just rude, corrupt, liars with no moral or ethic and disconnected the call…I wonder how many items these people have kept for themselves costing the original owners money. Horrible people and service. Corrupt liars."

Mike K. Falls Church, VA 2/11/2012

"If you ever have a dispute there, and they say "Someone can call you tomorrow," it's a lie to get you to go away."

Anonymous H.Chevy Chase, 8/21/2015

"I have been in the antique, as well as other businesses for over 50 years and I have never come across the lack of professionalism that I encountered at Quinn's last week."

Joanne C.Washington, DC 8/17/2011

"I feel I got screwed!"

As part of a mechanism to hide bad reviews for their advertisers on Yelp, the website buried the following 29 reviews indicating a pattern of defrauding consumers and vulnerable elderly people. 8 reviews were deleted, all with one star bad ratings. I alerted law enforcement to investigate these matters to see if there may have been a financial benefit from representatives of these platforms in hiding financial abuses of consumers in the furtherance of these fraudulent schemes:
