First off, I am writing this report on behalf of a mother-figure to me and my own experience with Christian Mickelsen, Future Force, INC. and his bullsh*t "training".

I am truly disappointed that things ended the way that they did between my mother-figure, myself and Christian Mickelsen's "BIGS VIP" Program - a course that costs $75,000.

Let's start at the beginning, my mother-figure, found herself at one of Christian's group events - which was free because she went as a guest. At some point during the event, people were allowed to approach the Microphone and ask Christian a question and she did so in front of everyone. Her questions was, "I invested in a Wildlife Photographer, would your program help him generate clients or is it just for coaches?"

Christian replied with certainty, "Absolutely, it will work for any business! You don't have to be in coaching."

During the event, there was a loan company, "True Heroes, LLC", present that was supposedly "approving" people for the cost of the BIGS VIP Program.

So, my mother-figure, a licensed and highly reputable psychologist for the State of California, started to sign up for the "loan" which Christian said, "Randal gets everyone approved." At this time, there was a lot of commotion at the table for sign-ups and Connie, a Christian Mickelsen lackie, asked her for a signature and my mother-figure assumed it was an authorization form to run the CC for the initial payment.

Here's an excerpt from an email my mother-figure wrote Jill:

"I was certain I had the loan after spending 2 1/2 hours with Greg, Randal's brother from True Heroes, LLC. - the money would have paid the entire amount owed for the BIGS VIP program for both of us and with $5,000 left over. At the event, I did not have access to any of my financial paperwork, or even a pay stub with me, so I could only guess what my yearly gross was $76,000 but I couldn't be sure because I didn't have any of the documentation needed to figure out a yearly gross and that I wasn't expecting to get involved in to anything. I knew my net was approximately $3000 from my pension, as taxes, union dues, and $1000 per month is taken out for me to keep the County Medical insurance. I had planned to work until I was eligible for Medicare, but was unable too, as I had to retire after trying to go back to work in between and after 4 surgeries, worked from home and did everything in my power to push to go back to work early every time, as I only had 4 months Annual leave available to me. I even took the flu shot, which evidently I have a very serious reaction to or it overtaxed my already weakened immune system which crashed and I was extremely ill for over a year and finally had to retire early.

You had referred me back to a contract I allegedly signed, but the copy of the contract I have now read is unsigned and undated. I was shocked to receive a letter in the mail a week after the October 2017 conference, stating I only qualified for a loan for $14,600. I called Connie in tears letting her know that I got this letter and would have to have William and I drop out of BIGs as I could not pay for it. When she said she didn’t think we could drop out, as I had signed a legally binding agreement I was shocked! She said I could instead pay $7500 per month and that we had each lost our 1/2 hour of 1:1 time with Christian to discuss the business, as I could not pay the entire amount at once. She said she would check further and call me back. I knew I did not have the money to pay that amount monthly.

Approximately 2 hours later, I had not heard back and called her back. I agreed to try paying monthly, as we were hoping to get to a large profit quickly with the help of this program. William did not want to do Life Coaching, but when I insisted he go to IMM with me in January 2018, and paid for him to fly in from out of state and paid for both of our hotel rooms, as I do not live in San Diego, he relented and came with me. After having a conversation with you and I he agreed to do life coaching and put the photography business on the back burner, as I was essentially broke. This meant changing websites I had paid to have professionally designed originally and coming up with coaching programs, which was very time consuming. Long story short, William did design and offered several programs in a Facebook Ad and also at a pre-Oscar party. Two people were interested, but neither have followed through as of yet. I joined BIGs for 3 reasons.

1. I was told that the program would work to get us to profit quickly, even though neither of us planned to do Life Coaching.

2. After 2 1/2 hours spent with Greg, who was part of what I thought was the actual lending company, I was certain I qualified for an $80,000 loan to pay for the program and it could be rolled over to a business loan the following year.

3. I believed that Christian would make the introductions to people we wanted to connect with and provide an endorsement as he stated on stage and in the paperwork I reviewed, as long as he believed in what we were doing.

4. I loved Christian’s book that I had gotten through Hay House and absolutely trusted that he would make sure he and his team would do everything to get us to profit quickly. We both changed coaches so that we were to have someone who was more experienced.

I was absolutely devastated that Christian did not ever answer any of our instant messages, or e-mails. I am stunned that we are being blamed for not going to the other Masterminds due to not being able to afford hotels and meals by March. I adore Cheryl, but due to the financial stress most of the 4 sessions I had with her were healing sessions related to how I would be able to pay for this program and other business expenses by that time. You offered to help William, but you and Cheryl were not really on the same page and you were unable to offer him the type of assistance he needed when he was told to follow his passion, which remained Wildlife Photography. We were only released from the program after I had consulted an attorney, who planned to send a demand letter requesting all monies I had paid into BIGs be refunded and William finally became so frustrated he planned to go to the media."

At the time, she was told that she was approved and would have no issues of the loan going through. She had excellent credit before this - over 700.

As soon as she realized that she wasn't approved for the loan - she called Connie and tried to get out of the program. It was at that moment, she was told that she couldn't get out of the program because she signed "a contract" (which she is and was unaware of and doesn't have a copy of the signed contract). Secondly, she was told that since she didn't get approved for the loan we lost the half hour each of private coaching with Christian.

For the record, My mother-figured had signed us both up for the program.

Shortly after joining, I (the Wildlife Photographer) was being urged into coaching from Jill, the first coach I was assigned, and even by my mother-figure at the time. So, I started revamping my websites and business to reflect coaching (which took time, energy, and money). Then my mother-figure, Jill, and I had a conversation outside the conference room at the "Instant Miracle Mastery" event whereby I agreed to switch gears from photography to coaching. Now, why would I agree to such a thing? Because I saw the financial strain this was causing on my mother-figure - especially after she found out she wasn't getting the loan and couldn't get out of the program. I saw what it was doing to her stress level, financially, mentally, etc. - even her health was declining.

At the "Instant Miracle Mastery" event, Christian stood on stage and literally breathed on the audience and "bestowed" the ability to "perform" what he considers to be something that is unique to him that was "gifted" to him by his angels or whatever. Now, I have been in the personal development field for years and I have seen this technique before so I knew it wasn't unique to him - nor was it gifted by Angels. Of that, I was certain.

The event should have and could have been more accurately called, "INSTANT BS MASTERY".

Within the BIGS VIP Program, my coach switched from Jill to a lady named Cheryl. And when, I finally spoke with Cheryl I was in a hotel heading out to a pre-Oscars event (unrelated to Christian) and she asked me how I became involved in thre program to which I explained - exactly, as I am here. She said, "If you aren't wanting to do coaching than you should try and get out of the program and get your money back." I explained how my mother-figure had already tried that and what Connie had said.

Both my mother-figure and I, wrote Christian a direct message on Facebook, which he read but couldn't be bothered to respond to; however, if he had read those messages he'd realize that she had to re-finance her condo so she could pay for the program, her credit cards were maxed out, her equity in her condo is minimal now, and she is unsure of if she should file BANKRUPTCY. She reached out to him to explain the situation because she thought and believed that he'd understand and care because that's what he claims on stage with his own personal story and all the "love bunny" and "I love you" stuff he touts from stage, but it proved to be just hollow words just like when he said he'd follow up with me multiple times at Instant Miracle Mastery, but never did.

When you have conned a woman into a contract which was done in a bait-and-switch fashion, you are charging outrageously high prices, and then you can't be bothered to reply to a message, back your program, or provide superior customer service that is total BS. It shows that he is inauthentic and disingenuous and that he only cares about what increases his bank account.

Within the BIGS VIP PROGRAM, Christian promises to give you a personal endorsement and to connect you to whoever it is you want to connect with. The endorsements NEVER came and neither did his connection - even after we made a request. We were given the runaround with that too.

It's my understanding that a group of disgruntled students that didn't see results filed a class action law suit against him. That he sold his two mansions in San Diego and moved to Puerto Rico. But he still goes to San Diego to con more people into BIGS.
