If you are searching for a job or looking to relocate for a position, do NOT use this company.
Over six months ago, I contacted this company because I was searching for a job where Christian values, honesty, integrity and human decency were valued.
A friend sent me a job advertisement that was listed on this company's website. I made contact with the recruiter (who had done NOTHING to assist me in the entire six months). She indicated that she would research the position and get back to me.
It took her 10 (TEN) days to email me back and she told me that the position was fake. She said that the ad was suspicious and not real (her words, not mine). Although I was disappointed, I let it go.
Approximately 3 weeks later I learned that the recruiter NEVER researched the position and was not "officially" working for the company anymore. The recruiter did NOT want to submit me for the position because she felt that the ministry was offering too much for the job and that was unfair to the church members. So, she took it upon herself NOT to pursue this opportunity on my behalf and then blatantly lied to me about it. Because she does not have a real job, she gets to choose if my degree and experience are worthy of a high salary.
I called, emailed and wrote to the owner of the company on the day I learned of this new revelation. He ignored countless phone calls to his office and when I finally emailed asking for his intervention, he called back. Per his request, I sent a letter detailing this and he has not responded. He did not even have the common decency to send me a shallow and insincere apology letter.
The website purports to help job seekers, but you are hounded, harrassed and spammed to sign up for a bunch of fee services. None of the "employees" are ever at work and everything is done through email. Contracts are never signed and returned. Nobody ever returns phone calls. Fake ads are placed all over the internet. Every phone number and email go to one person - Jose Gomez and he simly does NOT care that he is using God's name to lie, cheat and play games with job seekers.
