Took days to repair air conditioning on several occasions. Told us scheduled repair and company he named had not heard from him.
Lease reverted to monthly and when we gave notice we were moving and reminded him last month payment was part of deposit he went ballistic and promised to sue us. Then he filed numerous petitions for removal and eventually eviction 15-003873-CO in Pinellas Court. The case was ultimately thrown out by the judge, but cost us dearly in time, lawyer money and stress. There as also a legal question as to who really owns the property now because there is a company with a quit claim deed signed by him. The house is a craphole that is not maintained because it is in foreclosure, which he lied about on many occasions.
Many people came to collect money claimed to be owed by him including two different lawn companies and a past customer of his computer company. The neighbors had nothing but negative to say about him and so do I.
I spent 20 years in the car sales business, and this individual has the LOWEST ETHICS of anyone i have ever experienced. Be warned if you plan to rent, do business, or have any other relationship with this individual, as he demonstrated no integrity whatsoever during our situation.
