I ordered rugs for my room and never arrived. Then I contacted them and they gave me store credit. Then I ordered some clothes and for myself. The clothing that are arrive. I contacted them and they gave me store credit again. But they didn't give me as much store credit as they said they were going to. I place the final order for a 20 for my children. I had to pay extra to complete The cost of it. I ended up spending $32 when it was all said and done. The item never arrived and when I went to complain, and the website left.

Ordered many times from this company and every time I had ordered the product would not arrive. When I contacted the company they would just put a credit on my account. But this is completely bogus b/c there were never any shipments. This occurred 7 times with no shipment ever arriving! They don't return emails, phone calls, etc. Total scam!!

Well it all started April 17, 2016 when i ordered a computer tablet for $49.00. A month later I received an apology email that they were unable to process my order because the item was no longer in stock and they would not be getting anymore. I would have preferred to get my money back, but they gave me a credit for my purchase plus 25% which came to $62.00.

I was hesitant but on June 15th I decided to order a shower head for $35.00. On June 19th I ordered something for my pet which was $24.00 . This should have all been under the $62.00 credit, but they they charged my dabit card.

Needles to say I still have not received any of my items, nor have I received any type of commuunication from them. I feel like they have stolen my money. I don't have the patience to wait on the phone and be toggled back and forth betweeen departments.

Do Not Order from these people , They will Rip you off.

I ordered over 6 weeks ago and they state 10-14 days to ship. After a couple of weeks I contacted via chat because I was concerned that I had not received notification of shipment. I was told that they tell people 'allow at least 3 weeks for shipping'. This is a false claim. I contacted via chat again and wasa told they have no idea where my items are and can only give me info when the suppliers update them. Why would they do business with vendors who don't update or ship items. Perhaps because Choxi is taking consumer money and running?

I find it hard to believe that not one of my 5 items has shipped. I tried to get them on chat again only to find out that the chat button has disappeared from their website. I tried to call and was routed directly to the No More Rack customer service voicemail. They haven't been No More Rack in how long?!!!! They charged my card at the time of purchase and now I am sure I am never going to see my money again, along with how many other poor people.

Choxi are a den of thieves, do NOT buy from them. I can't believe their website is still up and taking orders.

I have used this Choxi.com a few times mostly endedingup with an order taking more than a month to arrive or after complaining where my item is they say they are out and cancel the order. No more! I am cancelling my account because of the heavy amount of ad they send to my email day after day. Be aware they always have an excuse and fail to meet even their own, less than ideal goals.

Do NOT ORDER Anything! Disaster company and unreliable partners. I ordered Christmas gift on Dec. 11 while Choxi guaranteed any gift ordered before Dec. 14 would be delivered by Dec. 24.

When I saw the first fedex tracking info on the Dec. 19th, package was not shipped until the 17th, but it still estimated delivery by the 24th. When I checked fedex for update again on the 21st the estimated delivery was changed to the 28th, too late for christmas?

I called Choxi right away and was guaranteed by customer service my order would arrive by the 24th, so I did not purchase a substitute present from santa for my son. Then when tracking info still estimated a 28th delivery on the morning of the guaranteed 24th date, I called Choxicustomer service again, and was assured by rep that my order was highlighted in green, which guaranteed that my order would arrive on the 24th.

The package did not arrive on the 28th either. It arrived the 30th. I was assured I would receive a refund if it did not arrive by the 24th. Promises made by Choxi customer service on the 26th that they would respond after checking with partners never occurred.

Then, only after posting complaint on Facebook, suddenly Choxi replied with a 33% credit (item was $107). I was still not happy with a $36.60 credit, but tried ordering $59 100% cotton sheets, 1000 thread count as a good sport ($22.40 more out of pocket now). Sheets arrived were 45% polyester and no indication of thread count which I doubt were a 1000. I asked for a refund again, and was assured I would have the whole $59 returned to my credit card. Choxi only returned the $22.40 out of pocket. When I complained about not receiving the additional $36.60 on my credit card refund Choxi ELIMINATED my account and the credit altogether. Can't login, reset password, or exercise my theoretical $36.60 credit.

As advised I worked with my credit card company, only to have Choxi lie and refuse making good about all of above.

Do not do business with Choxi. The only true "guarantee" they offer is your complete disappointment.

On February 5th I ordered 2 things from Choxi.com. I paid $23.00 for a bed bug matress cover and $8.00 for a Forks and Spoon set. I was given $10 credit but I needed to buy $30 in total to get the $10 credit. I was sent the $8 Forks and Spoons and no matress cover. I've contacted them and they said they are looking into it. Their supplier said they have sent my forks and spoons and I keep telling them I got them I want my matress cover that I paid $23 for. A week ago they contacted me and said I could cancel the order since there has been on tracking number on them. But they haven't said anything about returning my money. Now it's almost a month later and they've seemed to just forgotten about me. I'd prefer my matress cover that I ordered but at this point just give me my money back.

This online company Choxi.com (formerly known as no more rack) had a delivery by xmas guarantee if items were ordered by 12.14.15. I placed an on line order on 12.12 and when all was said and done by 12.25 2 of the items were not received. I went to an on line chat with one of their agents and was told that they would credit me 10.00 to my account or 30% whatever was greater. On 12.24 when I was on line with them I was told that I would credited the whole amount based on their by xmas guarantee. (This was with a different agent). On 12.25 I was told that for a full credit I would have to return the items once I received them....some guarantee. In addition one of the items I received was damaged and that was not addressed in our on line chat on 12.25. I will never order from this company again
