I purchased a painting, and received a confirmation that my order was being processed. Then on Monday, it was canceled. When I spoke with customer service to get my order back they kept me on hold for over 15 minutes, then they did NOTHING to help me at all. She heard what I had to say, then said ""sorry. is there anything else I can help you with?"" She said ill have to place a whole new order online, at which point everything was already back to regular prices and not on sale. They wouldn't even honor the previous price. They're a serious joke of a company. Never shopping there ever again."
Scam, I ordered some paintings from china-handart.com because they were the cheapest in the market but what came the quality of paintings were cheap also, poor quality, looks like some beginner artist painted them. Very different from what is advertised in their website.
I recently bought a painting from china-handart . com and they said that the process takes 3 to 5 weeks but it’s been 9 weeks now and I still did not receive my painting that I ordered from them.
I contacted them using the contact form on their website and phone but I do not get any response at all.
I bought a Dali reproduction from china-handart.com, located in Shenzhen, China but unfortunately, the package was opened by US Customs who asked me to provide evidence that this was a licensed copy of Picasso's work. I called Victoria Lui at china-handart.com.com who assured me it was licensed but stopped replying to my emails when I asked them to provide the licensing agreement so that I could clear the painting through US Customs.
China-handart.com artists will not take their work very seriously and they will not make sure your painting is as like the original as possible. Not a kind of Old Master's techniques, the type of brushes that artists use and their use of blending colors are the reasons why china-handart.com paintings are just ordinary copies. I did not recommend this shop as I am not 100% satisfied with their painting.
DO NOT BUY The website advertises 50% off everything. Nope. The sale was applied to my shopping cart throughout the entire check-out process. But after I completed my order, I got an email confirming a full-price total. I contacted China hand art immediately, and they told me that because the order was already being processed (this is about an hour after I ordered), they couldn't refund me. They told me I was free to buy everything all over again with the sale applied, and return my original order. Um???? I'm not even confident that I'll get a refund for what I would return, given the reviews I'm seeing everywhere.
I recently bought a painting from china-handart.com and the painting arrived damage and broken so I contacted them over the phone and the customer service named Victoria Liu is very rude to me. I was just asking how can I return the painting since it is broken and I have already provided all picture to her showing that the painting is broken. She told me that they sent the painting in good condition and if I return it to them it’s not charge to them and they will not send another painting to me then I refused that because I want my money back and she started to get angry on me with high tone voice instead asking for apologies.
