I clicked, it didn't answer for like 20 min I think it was a pop up in error, and they certainly do not what to CHAT with any of us.... after at least an hour of back and forth me stating over and over and asking for dept supervisor, finally I said who is the BOSS there today..... I said I would not pay for postage refund as this certainly was NOT THE ITEM DESCRIBED, I WANT AN IMMEDIATE REFUND. I am contacting my credit card fraud department, that you have taken money from my account for an out of the country unauthrized purchase etc etc.........
They stated they could only refund once I returned under certain mailing criteria, that they listed.....$40-$60 international mail so that they could evaluate a refund that could take up to 6 months.......... I have contacted Discover Card.
Purchased 3 pieces of clothing saturday 13 2020. When i realized that i did recieve an email for a proof of purchase shortly after clicking purchase i got a feeling it was a scam. So i did some research and based on several websites Paypal and this one) i guess i fell for the scam. I plan on calling my bank and seeing if i could dispute the charges and or get a new card issued just in case. Lesson learned but i got to say they are very clever. I saw some posts that people have recieved their purchase but low quality, not the way it was advertised or i guess they didnt mind. We will see if i get anything after like 3 months but still going to report them and try to get my money back. If i dont it is what it is but at least i will try. Honestly make sure you check each website you purchase from especially if it's on a social media page.

Have no way to contact th or track order have contacted my bank as they recently took another parent from my account. I am on benefits and feel so stupid to lose so much money. Bank says i have to have proof of order but i don't have it as no email was received. Please help
Facebook advertising. Product does not match, cheapest thing ever. No contact except for a returns support line that demand you contact the seller first. No way to contact the seller! evil deceit!!
Ordered merchandise on oct 1st. Have not received any correspondence from them. My emails have been returned because " their is no such address". So i can't even inquire about my order. Cannot find their website that i ordered from called elleromance. Inquired with my credit card and the transaction was payed for on the day of the order. But it was not elleromance...It was chicv.
I place an order on september 27th for sweater and the day when i was placing the order i put in my bank information and everything and then it redirected to payment and then all of a sudden the page disappeared i had no order number no confirmation no nothing and then i seen that it was taken out of my bank account so i contacted chickpea and and they turned around and they said what we can't find the order or the order number no cuz you didn't give me one and that's what they do is they wait till you place the order and then the whole page goes blank they get your bank information taken out of your account and you have nothing to show for it so therefore you have no proof

I placed an order for several clothing items on Facebook and paid through PayPal. The items were received (after a couple months) were of terrible quality. Seams were coming apart and the material was the cheapest material that I have ever seen. The Facebook pictures completely misrepresented the quality of the clothing.
I contacted PayPal to determine what procedures that I should follow to obtain a refund and followed the instructions from PayPal explicitly. I also sent Paypal my receipt for the $73.10 that it cost to ship the items to China and the USPS tracking. On April 30 I received an email from PayPal confirming that I provided shipping tracking information.
Then on May 9 I received an email from PayPal denying my case because they did not receive valid proof of provided tracking information (totally contrary to the above email). I called PayPal on May 13 and spoke with Cleo. Cleo acknowledged that they do have proof of tracking and that they are reopening the claim. Cleo said that the package has been held in customs since May 7.
Cleo further told me that if, after 20 days from May 7, the package is not picked up, the case would be ruled in my favor. On May 28 I called PayPal and spoke with Joe. He looked up the tracking and said that I should receive a response from PayPal tomorrow. On May 29 I received an email from PayPal again denying my case because they did not receive valid proof of provided tracking information (totally contrary to the Paypal email of April 30, my conversation with Cleo on May 13 and my conversation with Joe on May 28).
Again, I called PayPal on May 29 and spoke with Mary. Mary had me again send proof of shipping. Again, I called PayPal on May 31 and spoke with Christy. She told me to go to the post office and have the post office contact customs in China. I went to the post office and made that request. The post office has no means to contact customs in China; however, I was able to obtain a summary from the post office showing that I dropped the package off on April 30, 2019 and that the customs clearance processing was complete May 5, 2019.
I have been battling over six months to get my refund but as of now I am still out the $149.93 that I spent on the clothing and the $73.10 that I spent to return the shoddy merchandise to China.
Ordered items from them back in early april,still nothing ! after a couple of emails to them i was emailed back that they were "' backordered"but would go out in 5-8 days, well here we are on 5/21/and after 4 more emails and threats to report to the bbb Now i see the company is out of hong kong !) all i hear is yes you guessed it nothing from them at all, so now i am out 70.00, do not order from this damn company !!!
Do not... Repeat do not order from this company or from noracora, they are scammers if you order from either they have your cc and make unauthorized charges to your card.
