Chichiloves will not admit to sending a cheap product, a kids toy. I paid 131.99 which was 50% off. They will not give me my money back. They now have the same item for 69.99. I have opened a case with FTC and am disputing it with paypal and my Credit card co.

I need to return the wrong item sent to me and cancel the transaction to get a refund but no way of contacting the company, as it doesn't have any address, telephone to contact or any Invoice that came with the wrong item when it was mailed. The only address came with the package is Shipping Dept., 5215 S Boyle Ave., Vernon, CA 90058.
