I want to report this company is not only my money took a month to receive it 2items and after few days another 2 items. Was very bad quality and as soon I received the first package contact them and follow what kathy from Customer Service told me.
After I received the 2 shipment sent and paid the shipping she told me if take more than a week they dont refund money.
I sent the receipt from USPS copy and then she asked me for the weight I paid for 2 day shipment that date they received the package she was putting more excuses. I dont want them to continue scamming our people. All reviews are same about quality and lying to customers.
The 4 items were $100,65 and shipping $16,10 want my money back or at least to let all people knows to stop buying from them.
Purchased 3 tops for my wife from ChicMe.com from advertisement received online.
Spent $95. Took 1.5 months to receive items. Pulled them out of box and the fabric felt/looked like paper machet and was hideous! Wouldn't even show my wife!
They don't have a phone #, so I emailed and finally got someone. Their reply was, 'I'll give you 10% off next order. You go ahead and keep shirts.'
I emailed back saying I'll pass and that I want a refund. Their reply was, 'I'll give you 20% off next order. You go ahead and keep shirts.'
I emailed back saying I'll go online and report this along with file a small claims suit. Their reply was, 'If you would like to proceed the return (within 30 days from the date you received), our mailing address is as follows:
Name: Arch Ebusiness (Geeko), Address: 11335 Jersey Blvd Deck 30, Rancho Cucamonga, CA,USA Zipcode: 91730 The original bag and tag should be intact , not be damaged. And the customer will pay for the return shipping fee When you send the product back, please offer us the picture of return receipt and weight of return package, and mark which one you returned, so that we can check the returned package.Then we will handle the refund.(except shippingfee and insurance) Clara SO, after jumping through their hoops, I shipped, then emailed the proof of them receiving.
