Trying to make a payment for the Chevron And Texaco Universal Card is VERY time consuming.
Took me over an hour to get to reports that were not yet made available. Have to wait till next day.
Asked why they had not cashed in our check from last month and they said we had to go online or pay by phone.
Wifr tried several times online and the payment did not process through. She decided to pay over the phone and they charged her $25.00 to make the payment!
I have applied for a different card and got approval within minutes. My credit score is 874. We pay our buills!
Cannot wait till my new cards come in so I can close down this account.

Late Fee: This is not a revolving credit account. The total amount shown on each account statement is due and payable by the due date shown on the statement. You agree to pay a late fee equal to the greater of $75.00 or 9.99% of the New Balance for each billing period for which full payment was not received by the Payment Due Date. In addition, that portion of the New Balance which is not paid in full by the Due Date will incur an interest charge of 1.95% of the account balance not paid, or the maximum charge permitted by law. Such interest charge does not reflect our agreement to allow you to not pay the New Balance each month. MY PAYMENT WAS DUE ON A SUNDAY, WENT ONLINE AND PAID, DID NOT POST UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY THEY CHARGED ME A LATE FEE OF OVER $400.00 ON A $1929.00 PAST DUE BALANCE FOR ONE DAY. THEY ARE A RIP OFF AND PROBALLY BREAKING THE LAW
