Stephanie Post DOS Josh Noland VP of Operations Candice Cade Associate Vice President of Human Resources Kim Meador Executive VP & COO Stephanie Post DOS Josh Noland VP of Operations Candice Cade Associate Vice President of Human ResourcesKim Meador Executive VP & COO Unethical practices

I spent 4 years as an Armed Officer for Chesley Brown International under the corrupt, and unethical "Leadership" of Stephanie Post.

In that time, I witnessed her alienate her staff of Officers by separating them by her favorites list, and her non-favorites list.

In my four years, I have seen her go through at least 12 Officers, and almost all of them left due to Stephanie Post.

New Officers would talk to myself, and a few other Officers about how badly she speaks of her veteran Officers.

As long as you agree with her poor decision making, and never challenge her authority you remain on the good list, as soon as you challenge her, by asking if a different course of action could be better, you're placed on the bad list.

Perks on the favorites list includes.

1. Being allowed to show up 20 + times per month without counsel.

2. Being allowed to show up late, and still sign in as if you were on time, again no counsel.

3. Not being required to do rounds.

4. Allowed to skip doing a daily report.

The bad list includes.

1. Being disparaged to fellow Officers by acting DOS Stephanie Post.

2. Must be on time or face counseling.

3. Cannot miss doing rounds.

4. Cannot miss filling out the daily report.

I documented the unethical things Stephanie Post allowed and did at the Kauffman Charter School account.

1. Allowed Officers to show up late as many as 20 times in a month without corrective action.

2. Allowed an Officer to be hours late, and sign in claiming they were on time. That is theft.

3. Informed two separate new Officers while on training that she was a l*****n.

4. Allowed her ex-husband to interview an applicant from another account at the Kauffman Charter school.

5. Allowed three different Officers to work by themselves without a private security License. The company could have been fined up to $1.000 per Officer, and we could have lost the Kauffman account.

6. Not only did she allow an Officer to work by themselves without a private security License, and she also allowed that Officer to carry his own personal handgun without being qualified to do so.

7. DOS Post was also notified twice by two separate Officers that one of her Officers was overheard referring to an African American woman who worked in the Lobby with him as " Sexual Chocolate".

DOS Post did nothing, she didn't even remove him from that specific lobby.

As an example of her poor decision making, this particular Officer is who she chose to be "in charge" while she was away on her four vacations per year she normally takes.

A week before I left I took all the documentation I had to prove that what I was saying is documented by times and dates, and I also included a list of five other Officers who asked to be contacted by phone so that management could not only confirm that what I was saying was true, but also add their own stories of what they also have seen.

I packaged it all up, and per Candice Cade VP of HR, send one to VP of Operations Josh Noland, and one to her.

I waited for a while and didn't hear anything back, so I called the other Officers to see if they have been contacted yet, and all of them said no.

I then called Candice cade, which informed me that Josh Noland was going to handle it.

I called Josh Noland, and he said, it has been investigated, and he has spoken to DOS Post.

I found out later, DOS Post was still employed, this absolutely shocked me.

Chesley Brown's Mission states.

To listen and effectively respond to the needs of our clients, employees, and supervisors. To hold ourselves, and each other accountable, and to set a new standard for the security industry; one of uncompromising integrity and compassion.

DOS Stephanie Post was proven to have stolen from the company, and client, and put Chesley Brown International in a position to not only be fined at least three thousand dollars but to also lose the Kauffman account.

Now the question I have is: Do these actions sound like:

To hold ourselves accountable?

To set new standards?

Does this show uncompromising integrity?

I have spent 18 years in the Security field, and the majority of that time has been as a Shift supervisor, as well as a Director of Security myself, and if I had ever done 1/3 of what DOS Stephanie Post has been proven to have done, I would have been terminated on the spot.

As of right now, she is still the DOS at the same account I proved she stole money from.

I hope this isn't the direction of Chesley Brown's new standard.
