On May 27th I was offered a free 30 day trial of franchise leads. I was told by Ricardo that I would need to enter my credit card info to start receiving the leads but I could cancel any time prior to the end of the trial and I would not be charged. I marked my calendar and on June 25th I emailed Ricardo that I wish to discontinue their service. I asked that he reply back to me confirming I would not be charged.
I never heard back. I called and my messages went unreturned. The phone number for Aaron Moore on their website goes to a number not in service. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. They came back that the merchant denied my request and documentation is attached. The documentation included my emaill requesting cancellation. It also provided a phone number for Angela Morgan of 516-208-4110 which goes directly to Ricardo's voicemail. I connected with Angela on July 17th at which time she promised to refund my $499 and said I would see it within 5 business days. At that point I asked how to get in contact with the owner, Aaron Moore. She said it's best to email him at [email protected]. I told her I would like to share my experience with thim. The email to him came back undeliverable. I emailed follow-up to Angela on 7/28, 8/6 and again today. No response.
It is now August 11th and still no refund. Do not fall for their "free trial leads".
