I need to get your help and support to fight against an unethical and unfair charging incident.
I booked a Frontier flight two months ago for a trip to Orlando through an online travel agency CheapFareGuru (www.CheapFareGuru.com) in October 2021. The airline changed the flight time from afternoon to morning time on the same travel day that I have booked. I was notified by CheapFareGuru via an email to confirm the flight with the new time. There was no additional charge information in their email. I confirmed in their email. On the subsequent email, CheapFareGuru charged me $50 since I have four more relatives to go with me. I told CheapFareGuru that the change was not initiated by me and I should not be charged. CheapFareGuru mentioned that was not all that they charge me. They would charge an additional $75 for each passenger. I contacted Frontier and Frontier said there should not be any charge for that change and recommended me to dispute any charge from CheapFareGuru.
Attached are my response to their initial notification email without any additional charging information and the subsequent email information with charging information after my confirmation response.
If they are honest and ethical, they should provide the same additional charging information as in their subsequent email or warn me that there would be an additional cost after I confirmed in the initial email and the cost of the charge.
I wish I could have done my due diligence in researching about the CheapFareGuru company prior to using it from the following review link:

From the above link, you can see how many helpless consumers have been taken advantage of by this bad company.
I hope that you will agree with me that the charge was unreasonable and will provide help and support to stop this company from performing unfair charging against helpless consumers.
