I placed an order here http://www.ctshirts.com . The store charged me but did not send the order in a week. Customer service just ignores me, saying they try to solve my problem. Really in a week? Bad store - don't buy a thing!!!
Charles Tyrwhitt shirts are not the size they advertise, they are seriously undersize.
I ordered my exact size and found them to be 1.5 inches short in the sleeve and 1/2 inch too small in the collar.
They had me return them to London England, and then reported they were the correct measurements which is false.
They sent the shirts back to me instead of replacing them as I requested!!
