I ordered a black woman's motorcycle jacket. After a month I received an email that it was backordered. I no longer needed the jacket so I asked to cancel my order and refund my money. I never received a refund but received a rather Kurt email in response that I had already been refunded. I have never had such problems with an internet site before. Do not shop at charity Leather. It's not worth it. They never refunded my $96.
Purchased a set of Chaps, Vest and Jacket from Chairty Leather back in November 2016 as a Christmas gift for my husband.
I paid $241 and everything looked ligit and it got good reviews. I was supposed to recieve items within 4-7 business days. I waited and nothing was recieved. I checked the tracking and it said it was still being processed. I emailed several times with nothing but the run around. First I was told I would get a refund immidiately, which I have yet to get. Then I was told the company sold and I started getting suspicious so I started asking questions. I filed a report with the BBB and they got the message and asked me to remove it and I never did. I again asked for my money back with no avail. Today, Feb 13,2017 I checked the website and it was gone.
I delt with a person named Joe and a person named Phil. When I started getting replies from these two people is when I noticed the email address... started as [email protected] but the replies were [email protected] and that is where I started asking questions. I googled the address I found on them and it is to an appartment complex in Chandler Arizona. The phone number I have for them is 1-855-276-2705. I am not done with them yet. I want my money back!

The company took my money in July but I never received any vest. When I contact them about the problem Mr. Sinner said my money would be refunded in money order form because I paid with a prepaid card. On October 10 Mr . Sinner sent a email saying my money was on it's way. I have yet too receive any money order.
I ordered they set the time for delivery. when that time arrived no one would answer the phone and still have not answered the phone. Now they won't respond to emails and only one email was responded at all phil sinner said the warehouse was out and it would go out priority yesterday this is now tuesday once again no phone answered no email answered this is not acceptable i told them in several emails they could just refund my money and as usual no response what a shock. Bad way to do business.

Phil Sinner is a straight up theif using the guise of a cancer charity to enrich himself while ripping off others.

37 emails worth of broken promises and bald-faced lies over the course of 6 monthes.
He has my money and I have nothing, can't wait to visit my brother in Phoenix and take a rice to Chandler.
