I ordered a power adapter/charger from this company on 01 December 2017 as a backup for my wife's laptop power adapter/charger. The site offered the use of Pay Pal for purchasing, and stated shipping in 5-10 business days to my address.
After 14 calendar days or 10 business days, I contacted the company via email to ask what the status was, since the web site still only reflected the date of sale with nothing beyond it being shipped. Not even a tracking number. I contacted them a second time, and still no response.
When I went to Pay Pal to file a complaint, they then provided a tracking number, but no shipping company. I had to go back to Pay Pal after asking them directly with no response to please provide teh shipper. They finally provided a company that is only used by China.
S. carrier, but again no information on a good tracking number. Again, I had to go through Pay Pal to get any answers. They gave me a real tracking number for the package.
It finally arrived on 22 December 2017, but upon opening the envelope it was mailed in, and plugging it in to the A/C outlet and then to my wife's laptop, it gave no indication of working at all. I had my wife drain the battery on her laptop to be sure it wasn't an issue, but the adapter/charger did not work. I used her original adapter/charger, and the ligths came on, and the laptop started right up.
I attempted to contact the company once again for a return label, and no repsonse. i went through Pay Pal again, and Pay Pal gave me a shipping address to return the product to, and gave me until 04 January 2018 to get it shipped back. I shipped the adapter out on 26 December 2017 using USPS First Class International per the postal clerk's recommendation. I explained to the postal clerk that I needed a traceable method for the shipping, and was assured this would be the right way to ship.
The original cost of the adapter was $21.89 with free shipping. It cost me $22.75 to ship it back to the company in China. I am not sure how they could possibly make any money on their products when the shipping cost me more than the product did in the first place - can you say price fixing in China?
Anyway, I have yet to get confirmation on the product being received by the company, and Pay Pal has reimbursed me for the shipping cost, but has not reimbursed me for the product due to the shipping method not being traceable - USPS lied to me?
Please stay away from this company at all costs. They do not answer their emails, they do not answer their phones, they only respond when you go to pay pal to ask for help!!!
