After signing up for a "price watch" at Chapman Chevrolet in Philadelphia Auto Mall, i received an email stating there was a price change on a vehicle I was watching. The ad states it was lowered to $21,999. I have the ad. When contacting the dealer, they say no its $34,000. I have emailed them several times asking why they are false advertising this vehicle, but have yet to get a response. This is false advertising. Its is called bait and switch. Are they allowed to do this?
