Champion Ultimate UV Reviews

  • Apr 21, 2019

A good friend of mine received a large number of treatments called uv blood irradiation. She spent thousands of dollars with no benefit. So, i started to do some research. What i learned is that the uv blood irradiation devices have been around for many years.

There was one device that was used before 1976. That is important because devices that existed before 1976 do not require fda approval, but changes to those devices do require the approval. I read the comments on the scamion and elsewhere on the internet.

This company, champion ultimate, took what was apparently a well thought through design for the chamber in which blood is subjected to uv light, and then perverted the concept. Rather than having a well thought through structure though which blood would flow and be subject to the uv light, this champion ultimate company took that concept, eliminated it, and replaced it with a cheap tube.

They then put a number of videos on youtube, which contain nothing but double talk about why their chamber is so much better. It isn’t. Even if it were, this company is breaking the law because it came out with this “improved design” after 1976 without bothering to apply for or obtain approval from the fda — a requirement prior to offering this new design.

The best that can be said about the champion ultimate company and its owner, tom lowe, is that they are blatantly breaking the law. They actually freely acknowledge breaking the law. Again, the pre-1976 designs were allowed to continue. Then, in 1976, congress passed the 1976 medical device amendment act. Simply put, this law required that, on a going forward basis, fda approval would be required for devices developed after march 1976.

On one of the pages of their website, http://lcyyy.Lcswctvbvwdgu.Lceqo.Nl5.Gsr.Awhoer.Net/store/pg/13-cuvette-info.Aspx the promoters make such statements as, “the ultimate quartz cuvette Quartz chamber) is finally here.It may sound simple but it has taken over a year to produce and develop.” i have done the research. The design makes no sense and is clearly used for the sole reason that it is cheap. But, even if the design was the greatest thing since sliced bread, the owners have acknowledged that it is illegal by stating that it is newly developed. There is no excuse to that.

I have read the old patents that were done for the uv blood devices. The chambers were flat. That made sense. It allowed the light to transmit directly into the vessel as opposed to being refracted away. These promoters are actually bragging about the fact that they are breaking the law and getting away with it. I am not a lawyer, but i have respect for the law.

In my research, i found it clear that one cannot make representations about treating or curing diseases unless the device has a specific type of approval from the fda. As mentioned, this chamber has none. However, at the end of the webpage that i mentioned in this review, the champion ultimate people make the following statement: “our ultimate quartz cuvette is what you need to effectively destroy bacteria and virus.”

If it can do all of that, maybe these people should have done the right thing and made their claims to the fda before making them to the world. I don’t wish anyone any harm, but for the safety of the thousands or tens of thousands of unsuspecting, mr. Lowe and his newly designed champion ultimate chamber should be taken off the market and taken off the streets.

Ultimate Champion is an ultraviolet blood irradiation device. These devices are used for general healing and to address inflamation. Ultimate and Tom Lowe also sell an accompanying tube, called a cuvette. Since the device itself has been in use for a long time, its continued use is allowed by the FDA without further approval. However, their marketing of the tube, or cuvette, is an unadulterated scam.

The light is to pass through this tube and transmit through to the blood. The problem is that the tube is just that -- tube shaped. It transmits negligible amounts of light, as most of the light is refracted out. As the angle of transmission moves from 90 degrees, the amount of light transmitted quickly decreases.

Since the tube is a cylindar, there is, literally, only one point where the light transmits at 90 degrees from each light source. [continued below]....
