The money would be returned to me at the time of delivery. I also need to pay by cash through money grahm. I can not pay this. They then threatened to place my puppy in quarantine for 6 months and then take to a rescue facility. They lowered the amount because I was crying. I looked up the company and scam. Found out I wasn't the only sucker.
Watch out they will not only steal your money but your and your families heart too!!! My and 12 year old was completely crushed.
