1/3/21 I ordered 2 pr. of shoes from their mail order catalog. These were defective (their soles left black marks on floors). I reported it, and asked Cust. Svc. for a refund of the cost to ship the items back to them (the packages did not come with pre-paid return labels).
They said that when they received items back , I could call again and provide them with tracking numbers and they would refund the shipping, which came to $20.95. I did that: called back in late February and gave them USPS tracking number.
Then I called again in late March because I didn't get any credits. Customer Svc. man named Ran or Ren said I would get the credit on my card "within 72 hours from April 1. "
When there was still no credit received by May 14, I called Cust. Svc. again, at 877-330-3393. My call was taken by a clerk who said he was in the Phillipines, and he gave the name "Will Razon." He said he checked on the missing credit and said that the previous rep had already escallated it. He said all he could do was to notify the Tracker Escallation Team. And again, said that I would get the credit to my credit card "within 72 hours."
Then I asked for his supervisor. He said her name was "Rishle" but he would not connect me to talk with her. I left my email and a phone number and asked for a vm confirmation within 24-hrs that the credit has been processed to my credit card, or I would start typing the Reviews they deserved. I never got the confirmation, or a call, or an email -- and of course, I still never got the $20.95 credit due to my credit card. All of that "you will receive it in 72-hrs." is just a lie and a stall. This is a RIPOFF company.
