I had my procedure last May 17 and it cost $3500. My coordinator charged my card $10,000 because initially I wanted more procedure. When I told her that I only want one procedure, she told me don’t worry you will get the difference 2 months after your procedure.
Until now I haven’t gotten any reply to multiple emails that i have sent to the company and I even sent a review on a yelp wherein the manager (Vivian) told me that she will let the person in charge know. Until now, nothing. I’m almost done paying for the procedure cost and they haven’t given back the amount to the credit card company.
I’m so livid because I have wasted a lot of time sending email and not getting any reply except for a couple of times that the person in charge (Lidia) told me that she is waiting to hear back from accounting!
Where to start? I was Denied bathroom time they never told me that they had a administered medication to put me to sleep I woke up in a hallway only in a paper gown covered in feces. No one helped me to the bathroom they refused letting my friend come back to help me through my clothes at me in the bathroom after tell me I needed to get out and hurry up willed me out to the curb said here wait for your uber. I'm just going to post the emails that have been sent back-and-forth this is not OK I am looking for an attorney immediately. I just got an e mail saying you guys want me there tuesday or thursday to see Dr. Freeman..are you kidding me I'm 3000 Mile's away in Spokane Washington .Are you going to pay for my Plane ticket And my hotel stay? You knew I was from out if state. I live in Spokane Washington. this should have been done right the 1st time. I will be talking to attorney this is b*******! I want a refund.I am now officially asking for my money back,

But apparently the doctor had his own agenda so after all of this bull s***, having a fever of 103 for 2 days, unable to get the right prescriptions, and not getingt meds at all, being in Ascruciating pain. All the tears.I still have lopsided b***s! Im not happy ! The Way things are ran at your facility is b*******. very unprofessional. A lady who had surgey the same day as me has died. When having my IV put in the anesthesiologist didn't even use gloves, I didn't even see him use soap and water or hand sanitizer. I feel that I should get half of my money back. As is I'm going to have to find another doctor and have my b***s corrected because you guys could not do it right the 1st time.Having to come home and go to the emergency room because you guys did not do your job is unacceptable. You guys herd people into that clinic like live stalk. As soon as you get the patience money it's like we are non existent. I think you're people need to be retrained or fired. The only person that was help full was Catherine CG coordinator. I look forward to hearing from you about my refund. Thank you

And then I finally got ahold of the doctor the surgeon who performed my augmentation I say him pictures and he says to me O wow I've never seen anything like that before I said well you're the one who did this to me you need to correct it and I should not have to pay for your mistake.
