This company is truly crap. It takes less than a day to verify your card (in fact they take small amounts of money from your card and you are meant to tell them how much before you get verified, but they certainly didn't worry about that with me.) Then you can buy altcoin.
Then try and withdraw your coin. You have to go through another level of verification which takes forever. I have sent three emails complaining about the length of time and all they say is, "We're sorry. We're incompetent".
This should probably be longer but that's all there is to say.
I was sold a phone that caught fire upon plugging it in, After taking the device back to the store the staff were extremely rude and tried to say that i had caused the damage although I know for a fact that i never did.
the staff refused to give me a refund or replacement of any kind whatsoever
they also apparently enjoy mocking the disabled as i found out when i went for an interview with them intstore
I was sold a copy of EA Sports Madden NFL 16 for my Xbox 360, but I never got to play it because I noticed the "ring of death". I took it back to Cex and they had no solution for my problem. They offered a different copy of the game, but wasn't in stock, when I asked to just have my money back the clerk declined without consideration. I ended up leaving the store with the same disoriented disc.
