Certified Storage Solutions Reviews
I purchased a metal building from Certified Solutions, LLC for a total amount of $4,215.80 through the seller Mac Building of Lillington, NC. Mac Building had warned about customer service issues with Certified during the purchase. One day after the installment I discovered they had installed rusted steel. The business was contacted and I was informed they would be contacting me to send someone out to follow-up. I t took them three months to respond to the request but only after contacting the NC Department of Justice three times for assistances. In addition, more deflects were discovered and a video was sent to the business. The building was leaking water and count not be detected until I went into during a heavy rain. After discovering the issue, a video was sent to the business manager Chelsa Ashley. She REFUSED and DEFENDED the actions for not repaying the deflects as follows: Good afternoon! Please send pictures showing that the building has not been altered in any way since the contract you signed does state that any alterations void warranties. Alterations include adding shelves/insulation/fixtures/ electricity as stated on contract. Any time any work is done by a third party , that third party has to go behind their own work, tightening screws/seaing anything that has been jarred, etc. Us going behind a third party's work is not included in your price. Also please send pictures from the outside showing that the foundation was poured the correct size as stated on contract which prevents water from coming in from the bottom and condensating from the top in cooler temperatures. The work order didn't mention leaks until now. It mentioned rusted steel which I am thinking was simply un-painted welds. Please read your contract carefully, and send me pictures of your building's current status as well as the contract you were provided and signed at the time of purchase. We are a manufacturer, not a contractor. We do not install buildings, we do not have direct employees who repair buildings and we do not have trucks going to your area.Your building was not installed by our company, but by a contractor we hired. Please keep in mind that when we do call you to schedule it is due to us hiring a contractor to go to your area while we work around his schedule, not ours. Please do try to be flexible instead of the whole " You are going to work around my schedule" scenario as this last attempt to schedule. It is impossible for us to control a contractor's availability. Concerning your valuables, I would recommend them not being placed in a leaking or condensating uninsulated enclosed carport and am in no way entitled to sharing any responsibility in such a decision.
