BEWARE OF DAVID LITTLETON!!! This company cold called me for about a year until I finally let them take my case for a 20% collecting fee the customer only owed 2,250 and the debt was 5 years old I told them I didn't want to spend any money chasing bad debt they said I wouldn't have to after I signed the papers I was contacted by an employee named DAVID LITTLETON who lied threw his teeth about everything scamming me out of money don't trust him. he told me the debtor had about 30,000 in two separate accounts and he would need about 1,500 dollars to hire an attorney to get me minimum of 5,500 which consist of debt owed, late fees and my lawyer fees if we settled out of court or 8,000 if we went to court so thats what the agreement was after sending them the money and signing power of attorney to them to act on the agreed terms they ended up taking a settlement of the owed amount not the amount discussed they ended up with the 1,500 and than another 1,125 sent me a check for 1,125 so not only did I lose all my money owed but another 375 dollars I was better off taking a bath on the owed debt don't hire this company they have hidden fees like if they hire a lawyer which they instantly do it turns to 50% and do as they please BEWARE!!!!!

I work for a roofing company and all the time we are getting telemarketer calls, debt collection calls wanting to offer there services to us and not once have i ever had a problem out of these people who call our business. But I received a call from Stella West a woman who works for this company.. she was by far the rudest woman I have ever spoke to over the phone. To give you some details.. I answered the phone she told me who she was and asked to speak to a lady who no longer works here. I didn't give out this personal information right away and just said she wasn't available could i help her. She then asked to speak to the owner which is out working and never here so I explained that to her and still asked if I could help her. She then told me who she worked for and why she was calling. I nicely told her we use someone locally and dont do business with anyone out of state. She rudely interrupted me and said, " No that is not what I asked for can you tell me when I could speak to ( the lady who no longer works here.) I said she no longer works here, she interrupted again and asked when the owner would be available. I tried explaining to her the owner is never available hes out working and I tried explaining again we use someone locally. She interrupted again and said, " No, no. We will let the owner and ( the person who no longer works here) decide." Baffled at how she was speaking to me, the phone call didn't end well. I am the manager of this company if anyone is going to decide its going to be me and the owner, and if your trying to earn someones business then this is definitely not how you talk to someone. Why in the world would I even consider using a debt collection agency who has rude, hateful people working for them. After that, I told the owner about this person and he gave them a call to see what exactly they were being so rude for, she was also rude to him. Even he tried to explain to her that we use someone locally, she also responded to him with, " No, that is not what I asked," and was hateful to him also. All in all I have blocked this number from ever calling us again. A review needed to be left for this horrible behavior. I would never ever use this business. This woman definitely needs to be reported, again her name is Stella West.
I was contacted by Century Debt Solutions, Inc. with a cold call. They promised the world, and then some, on recovering debt. I sent them after a $1500 delinquent. Time goes by and they call saying that we need to act quickly, and that the client has a large sum of money in an account that they discovered. If I sent them $700 they would get a local attorney to file the appropriate paperwork and I would get back nearly $4000 due to some legal mumbo jumbo that they claimed. Their contract does state this scenario (not including the actual amounts to be received). I send the $700 and wait a long time. They were in such a hurry to get the $700, but I waited a month or more to hear anything back. I called several times and got a new account manager nearly every time. I finally got word that the account had been satisfied, but they wouldn't say for how much. When I finally heard the final figure I nearly passed out. They only got the original $1500. I was to get half of that. Then they hold it for 3 months (it's also in the contract). In total, all I got back was the extra $700 I had sent them and they got the $1500.
It did take almost 60 days to receive my check but Century Debt Solutions collected $40,000 for my business. The principal was over $60K but I approved the settlement amount. I am very happy! Thanks to the staff there. I'll use you again if another company puts me in this position in the future.
This shady company is one big Scam scam scam! They pretend to be attorneys and say they can freeze accounts when they can't even wipe their YOU know what!!!
I posted a few months ago on a couple sites how impressed i am with the real knowledge and professionalism of this company, but that the account i submitted to them still had not been collected. Now i can tell anyone reading that the latter has changed. I was informed yesterday that my debtor called in is making an offer to settle the account. She low balled her first offer but i told my account manager Mr. Wade i have full faith in his abilities and get the most he can and i left it to him. He called back about 3 hours later and gave me the great news that he just received a check copy emailed from my debtor for $10,500 and fedex is scheduled to pickup the check on monday. The account i sent was for $12,566 and her first low ball offer was $5,000. So after his negotiations with her he more than doubled what she first offered. I cant even begin to express my gratitude to Kenneth and everyone over there who had a hand in helping me. I have been owed this money for 2 years and right now is my slow time. This is saving me right now i just cant believe it. Thank you so much to everyone at Century Debt Solutions. You are the absolute masters of the industry!!!
These guys are great! I have had such bad experiences with the 2 collection agencies i used years ago so I was very reluctant to have another one working for me. The sales guy at Century Debt Solutions was very persistent and eventually i said to myself i got nothin to lose. They have not collected the account yet but im more impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the staff. Any question I have is answered with what you can tell is a real knowledge of the receivables industry. I would use them again for sure.
I own a HVAC company and also have many properties commercial and residential that i rent out. I was contacted by Century Debt Solutions back in April of 2015 by a sales person. I decided to send them a few smaller accounts for my hvac company that were past due and also 2 judgments i had against a boyfriend and girlfriend that were ex tenants that ruined newest rental property. I have had anabsolutely great experience with this company. One of my smaller accounts got paid and the other is not paid yet. The couple who ruined my property were refusing to pay the judgment and they had moved to colorado and my judgment was in wyoming. These guys were able to locate where the girlfriend was working and i agreed to pay them to garnish her wages. What happened though was once she found out she was gonna be garnished she called century debt solutions and worked out a settlement. They actually called me to make sure i was happy with the amount since we were knocking over $3k of what was owed. But, it got paid and i recovered a good chunk of what i thought was a lost cause. So, i am very happy with this company and will use them again. I hope this review helps any potential business owners decision. Cheers!!
They harassed me to sign up with them with their no recovery no fee!!!!??? Bull ****! Then they called me within the next day asking me to pay them more money than what my customer owes me! With a bunch of lies that my customer said about my business. I contacted my customer and said that he never talked or received a call from any one from this business and he didn’t even know who they are. This is clearly a SCAM company I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they advised me that they have received multiple inquiries about this business utilizing the same tactics to try to scam people for money. BEWARE THEY ARE A BUNCH OF LIERS THEIR ADDRESS IS A UPS MAILING SERVICE AND THEY ARE NOT LICENSE TO DO BUSINESS ANYWHERE!!!! Century Debt Solutions is not a professional debt collection company. They deceive me about being able to collect my money.for free. After few week they call and ask for money to get debtor to pay. They are LiARS!!!!!!
