Bought a "refurbished" Sony DVD player. It arrived broken. I contacted the company and they referred me to EBay, who referred me to PayPal who sent me back to "geek deal" who after 9 weeks, multiple calls, Natalie, Sales Manager or Owner - who would not provide his name, was told to take it up with Sony and that the item was under warranty......TOTAL LIE! Now there attitude is "tough luck"
