Their flash drive has ruined my computer and has made it crash and has sent a virus to my computer that can't be removed. The thumb drive created a virus that cannot be removed as I tried to have the company's technician remove it and they couldn't. I am not able to access the internet nor access Windows 10 after running their software program. Because of this, I have no access to my files or to my computer and my saved files are forever lost which is a priceless loss. I have gone through the inconvenience of no computer for weeks, and after talking with the company's tech guy at the company, he was unable to fix the problem or remove the virus caused by the thumb drive they sold me, and the company is fully aware of my problem, so they are aware of my plight.
Because of these things, I told them to make good on their $1,000 guarantee warranty that they promised on their informercial to erase all viruses and protect my computer, which it hasn't done but has only seriously injured me by sending me a virus that the tech with their company was unable to remove. They are not willing to honor their warranty/guarantee on their website, and I have threatened to get an attorney involved for my damages, and now spreading the word on the internet of the danger of their product. Their guarantee is worthless and constitutes false advertising. The Federal Trade Commission has jurisdiction in these cases and I'm also complaining to them. They have refused to send me a cashiers check of $1,000 and they have failed to fix my computer and the Tech gave up. I have also returned their worthless product and still haven't gotten paid for that product cost either of $49.90. Stir away from this company as their is the possibility that it will crash your computer and you'll never ever be able to access your files, the internet, or Windows 10 again.
